Seems you have little faith in the Management and for that matter Schoders etc.

Tesco have announced the same facility today, so it seems to be a good move. Whether free gratis is not known, certainly appears to be fast charging, Tesco will be offering whilst customers shop. Most people I know take less than 2 hours to check-out.

Did consider the headline NAV (151p) looks very attractive to a predator. Further analyse shows if Goodwill and other Intangible assets are stripped out the NAV is a tad over 103p....not so attractive. Some may view this differently I consider Goodwill is an unquantifible value..... is only as good as a Willing buyer will pay. Could be a mega number or zilch.

barchid agree debt does need to be reduced. Where is the plan? Living with ultra rates will eventually end and a pile of£1.3B debt will need to be managed more effectively.imo.

It would be surprising, given the headline NAV, some Capital Asset Strippers will be analysing the figures. Even with 25% discount MARS must be attracting attention. With 50% the company could be a bonanza for someone!!

In my experience, unless a Company is facing oblivion, a craftily worded report is produced to satisfy PI's. It is not until the figures are fully analysed a true picture emerges.

Where MARS is concerned, on the face of it outcomes are reasonable given the economic pressures affecting many industries particularly retail. Even though Div is maintained and NAV is 50% greater than the current SP, it would be good to see traction towards Debt reduction and not an increased facility. There are plans to focus on cash generation, unless I have missed something it is not entirely clear how this is going to be achieved.

I am sure there others here who will have analysed the figures, in depth, and have a substantive view.

Murray you need to reflect on your own posts particularly those on 10th and 18th November which are completely contrary. You have chosen to claim knowledge about rigs and yet have not stated how you are qualified? Are you a Rig Engineer, rousterbout or what? Since arriving here at the end of September you have failed to do any research into the stock in which invested except to ramp.

I do not have Oil Rig expertise but do conduct a thorough evaluation of Company's in whom I invest. This includes Contract management, work timelines, projected expenditure, general assessment of a company's risk and reward potential etc As a result of the recent fire on WP and PSA investigation I made a direct enquiry to the PSA, as anyone can, to establish whether or not the investigation had completed. The answer has been posted. Don't tell me about Legal protocols because you clearly know little or nothing about the Freedom of Information observed by Statutory Authorities.

If Investors have a genuine interest in this Company and it's Associates they would do well to make full and proper research. Acting like a Barrack Room Lawyer, who knows very little, may suit your Investment strategy, some of us are here for the long haul and not a fast buck.
