Mawson have 108.8 MW of data warehousing in Pennsylvania with additional right to develop further in Ohio.

£26m of debt, should clear that with the winding down of the business and selling the sites.

I’m here on the ARB board because I still have some shares I never sold so this is still on my watchlist.

Its 'top end' is wrong unfortunately, need to do the calcs from real life.

I guess its picked up on the costs of building SMR's and the cost/MW being potentially paid there, but this is not the same.

The low feels realistic and ties into the CORZ deal number roughly

The CORZ / Core weave deal for 15MW is only £1.4m / month (higher if they can pay to build out more MW first).

500MW agreed (expansion costs & HPC units funded by Coreweave). $8.7bn over 12 yrs works out to $261m 12yr 15MW deal for ARB = $1.8m / month = c.£1.4m GBP. Not sure This one site would get to that level of deal.

Its not $5m/MW/Month

There may be a SP bounce but the HPC contract (if it comes) is still unlikely to make ARB worth £40m-£60m with just one 15mw site.

Don't get tempted to try to catch this falling knife, all angles for ARB look terrible, there is no turnaround unfortunately.

The gem is the site, but its only worth about $5m ($10m at a big big push). It will be picked up when they go into administration.

DAGB is the UK LSE option for Crypto exposure, but better off completing the US investing form there are many options there that can still provide great returns in 2025.

Why don't you just buy Soluna SLNH, BITF, GNS, HODL, SMLR, GREE or ANY if you like to gamble...... all of these are much better small cap crypto plays vs ARB.L

Argo's way out of this 'hole' is a long term HPC deal (like CORZ did, but much smaller) then they can give comfort to restructure their debt on better terms, just not sure the major players want to do a long term deal on one small site.

Other miners will be all over the mining site once Argo go under, but nobody can buy it before that as Argo can't sell.

Cleanspark could potentially triple the 15MW going through that site, previous owners BITF had a plan to get it to 22MW.

Was trying to work out where Argo are with Assets vs valuation and I don't think it looks great even at £5.50 share price.

Somebody with cheap energy would buy the S19's to keep capex costs low, its a better capex option than investing into new S21's if your cost of energy is low enough.

Argo just need to get the site sold, they are not a HPC operator..... sell it to somebody that knows what they are doing. The deal is also structured very poorly, CORZ agreed with Corweave to contribute to the capex costs (cheaper funding). Argo raising capex will be complex and costly.

DAGB is great to track Crypto and US miners from the LSE.

Otherwise trade US stocks directly, there are plenty to go after CLSK is my top pick.

The UK is so painfully slow, all while an increasing number of high net worth individuals move abroad.

Disney is much better at executing this type of stuff. Amazon have good cinematics, but butcher story lines and lore. A little part of me hopes that Amazon steps aside and Disney quickly step in.
