Can’t find the permits in with the Utah oil and gas department, that’s a permit received/approved or Spuds for AC oil LLC anyone have luck with this I have spoke to a person there has a conversation but hasn’t been fruitful.
Because MSAR is 29% water 1% additive, then you will be getting not just 5000bbls/d it becomes 6500bbls/d, with MSAR there’s a production increase, a refinery can still involve MSAR all depends what they want to refine… the end products have options to choose highest margins products.
Is there any info on the refiner it might not be standard!
There’s no way to get another option to split the shares as in option 2
2.Tender Shares
“Ask to sell some or all of your shares at 0.74 cad per share”
It is just click the circle option to tender and green submit button at the bottom of page and that is it!
Your fully tendered and then a confirmation screen as I’ve sent in previous posts!
I’ve tendered 3 accounts and everyone look like the link I’ll send below, I took a screenshot each time I tendered and saved the image and have checked all 3 pictures..

Im with HL and tendered all of my shares as I do not want a situation where the 50+1 is not achieved and run into further risk…so I didn’t see a further method to split even though I can remember it saying tendering all or some beforehand, from memory there was only a button to accept the take over offer and once the box is ticked.. you should receive this message..
Your instruction has been successfully received; details are shown below
Is that the message you have Parmxz?
29% ownership interest in the Company at the time such shares are issued, so just pointing out that the agreement between Valkor and TomCo only happens they are ready to finance will the terms of the greenfield transaction come into effect so at this point Valkor is still a part of Greenfield the way I see it.
The RNS is Reserves Report not an Operational Report but in the comments section JP does say :-
“Greenfield continues to progress its previously announced plans to pursue both the drilling of certain near-term oil production wells”
Dgdg1 it’s 2 totally different extraction methods the surface 5000blls extraction plant is sand covered in oil (called oil wet) and will be mined and have 2 products sand and bitumen and they will use MSAR to thin the oil and turn it into a commercial product, and the other recent drilling of a formation is conventional drilling totally unconnected to the first!
