Rewhbe the stockpile at Asphalt Ridge was not suitable “(volume and quality was not available in the current pit)” so they trucked it in from the new site (old crown site) to test, PetroTeq are conducting geophysical study’s on the land!
I think the plan is that PetroTeq’s heavy oil will be tested in October at Asphalt Ridge plant, the plant was tested by Valkor for a range of ore as was trucked in and tested, so a conformation here with MSAR would be for Greenfield too imo!
TomCo and PetroTeq are the only company’s that you can invest in too take advantage of the opening up of Oilsands in Utah, they can produce oil cheaper than multi billion billion MC companies ie, Canada Athabasca Oilsands in Alberta in an environmentally closed loop process, so your choice!
The Project is exceptional in Value, the US are import reliant on the heavy oil factions ie Mexico/Saudi/Russia when realistically they have a green way too extract the oil right there in Utah, which is definitely in focus and ticking all the right boxes when coming too invest into a project like this!
Name me a 5000 barrels a day Project with a break even Price of $22 dollars a barrel, the economics are clear with the verification report of a well respected company that focus of midstream and design/engineer/construct projects!

ART is a well known deramper, if some don’t know!
“Third-party technical verification report by Kahuna involving a site visit to Petroteq Energy Inc's ("Petroteq") pilot plant and review of operating data, process simulation data and the FEED study, supports, inter alia, indicative operating costs of approximately US$22 per barrel of oil produced for a 5,000 bopd plant operating 24 hours a day“
“In connection with the Acquisition and shortly prior to receiving the Acquisition Shares, Valkor has agreed to enter into a lock-in and orderly market agreement with the Company. During the period of 18 months from execution of this agreement, Valkor will, subject to limited exceptions”
“The limited exceptions include the acceptance of a recommended takeover offer for the Company, the execution of an irrevocable commitment to accept such an offer and a disposal pursuant to a court order.”
Is this the same one that PetroTeq talks of in the Presentation?

If you think it should be a after mint maybe I’m looking at this wrong, if proven would enable Oilsands thick bitumen too be altered into a desirable saleable product by reducing viscosity making transportation cost lower and it adds 30% water so would increase production output, it also help with cutting cost at the plant with the maximum solvent recovery while proving too the shipping industry that they can now use a low sulphur fuel capable of cutting costs and reducing NOX gas emissions 26-28% and efficiency of engines, inline with a environmentally changing shift towards cleaner fuels!
Minimil I think your missing the point, the reason that company’s have decent websites with lots of information is because it enhances the chances of investment into that company, Valkor being an “LLC” dosn’t need public investment that’s not how the business operates it is effectively a private company that he has expanded without the help of public fund raising, they do multi millions in investment into their projects direct too financial sector. Hope this helps!
An LLC is essentially the same as a private limited company, so they are not accountable too shareholders the same as a Public Company that is the reason you cannot get information about them in the same way, this should now be obvious in your research!
Steven has talked too people I know, he always answers his emails and is highly knowledgeable well respected/straight taking person, and has answered technical questions about Oilsands processes in plant design.
Here is a list of their current projects!

It’s an inhibitor in 737 case where as in this article it presents an over expression of Chk1 is helpful, SRA737 is very selective on CHK1 over CHK2, and it does mention that it is better for cancer as an inhibitor as you want too inhibit the mutation and replications!
