Yep a total bummer and exchange rates in our favor… PetroTeq representatives and legals meeting to complete filing when everyones expectations was that the filing wasn’t far off last time and offcourse PetroTeq news releases with swan song terminology dosnt help either Crownos the 6th is a pre-filling they are to file soon..hopefully part of due process everyone wants this done and eager and this has not turned out to be expidited as words used by Viston!

Yes I’m more hopeful this time as the news release by Viston did suggest PetroTeq we’re holding up CFIUS by not complying, and no white knight which some background talk suggested, there was 6m short of the 50% compulsory point which will clear be no issue this time with Alex’s 28m being tendered, all down to the US treasury this time or Viston change of heart, but why get this far to turn your back on it now!

The RNS yesterday a good appetizer for development for Viston with Valkor working with Schlumberger one of the biggest oil and gas service companys biased to technology in the business so felt a little more settled with that announcement, “One more time unto the breach my friends”

Being in the right sector will definitely help, the last year or two has been about the Exponential growth of the pharma sector because of covid, and oil and gas has been out of favor because of the supply and demand change of non-investment into oil and gas because of the philosophy change that oil and gas is killing the world…but reality is biting with war/high prices so companies now scrambling to get assets, so oil and gas should be in that bull market…

Untapped biggest resource in North America that has proven technology to release the Oilsands in Utah without the need for water…which is one hell of a tag line…plus it dosnt seam as if TomCo are hanging about loads of assessment work in the area of Asphalt Ridge ask Petroteq how long it’s taken to prove up the technology over 10 years with the help of Greenfield and Valkor now with a takeover bid in process and that feed report for the building of the 5000k plant in hand.

That’s all we need is the cash for a plant over to you TomCo..

The Asphalt Ridge leases on TomCo reside in 2 areas called in a report by the previous owner Tract A where the old plant was and I think the base for the new 5000 plant and Tract D where the drilling is taking place, the leases are in the middle of the old Indago leases that Valkor acquired from them and probably is now the new leases that PetroTeq has in exchange for the old Temple Mount Mining leases!

PC I think Tim/John sould be held to account more by shareholders, year by year nothing happens..no further down the road to 3-4 years ago..if they finally get into phase 1 trails then that would be awesome but should it be this hard… they had issues and basically covered over it!

Hi Dr Zed I think most of them could have sold into the rise but not the last one as the price wouldn’t have been above, is there any updated info if they hold on the website, I don’t take much interest these days and just look in now and again for a quick glance, I wouldn’t trust a HNW as there’s no credence in someone that has cash it’s a thing between the bod and a investors, if an institution or better a science peer took interest then that would give more credibility to Tim/John development

If you look back over the last 3 years the programs seams to be developing but there is never ever any completion.

Dazzle I’m not to sure about everything is clear cut there’s something going on whether we have to wait a bit longer remains to be seen, there are Twitter rumblings but I’m sure we know more soon as time is running out, Viston have left the door open with the delay unfortunately
