I don’t think it’s raised to the surface or seeped, the whole formation (mesaverde) where the under mature oil has been sitting has raised and poked through the surface, the Americans call it a hogback and why they call the area where the formation comes to surface Asphalt Ridge! (It’s immobile as it has a thick viscosity)

It’s think it’s kind of telling when usually after an RNS day the price the next day goes down and bottoms out, here it’s maintained and pushed on a little further and held, I like that it shows that the mms could be interested in a new trading range higher up!

It could be either or company foxm but was thinking Valkor come to the rescue as maybe the third party didn’t want to fund the initial 10% not without securing the property!

Ok it’s part of the strategy as like SRA-737 just hope this time they nail down pre-clinical and get it to completion and it does seam a good idea to get into tablet form now rather than later, they have just got to do it as I’ve heard time after time of why it’s been pushed on, they have the cash, just get it sorted no dithering!

Yes agree Leggster work out better as could command more money as there would be less of risk to the licensing company it would make more sense to both to wait until finish!

Rebster I’m sure it was the formulation issues with SDC-1801 not Covid when the pandemic was ongoing Tim said in the summer of 2020 in a video and I’m sure in an RNS said that covid was not effecting the business, I think it was later into the pandemic that it was admitted it was effecting the business, and I’ve followed the pre-clinical development for some time, the timelines have without a doubt with or without covid has slipped time after time!

It’s always the same Ndr50, I can’t remember exactly but it was supposed too be 2019/2020 for end of pre-clinical and CTA but each time it gets near it gets pushed year after year!

Foxm Hcd’s are near but higher up in amount, there is a little parcel above but there needs too be a reason why TomCo are dealing with another company in funding, Hcd are an oil and gas chemicals too a product and now Valkor have obtained rights there, the company New Day Energy want too produce with RF tech on the TSHII so know and own the lease on the area next door it’s seam a good fit too let them produce the subsurface and TomCo the surface, in a letter from the DOGM too New Day Energy they talk about the uneven territory and desire too use their tech!

Also the PetroTeq plant is being run as a demonstration plant too clients on this basis only!

Also it’s said in the TomCo news release that the company were adjacent too the TSHII, so they can develop the leases together TomCo surface mining and New Day Energy Subsurface!
