I hear lots of posters talk of an NDA what evidence is there, and hypothetical if there was wouldn’t that negate a key area of deal making, getting a deal from numerous interested party’s then there would have to be numerous NDA’s which is such thing practice, in an NDA with a solo party in that agreement wouldn’t there be the discussion of price for molecules which in my eyes would increase the further into milestones so would be complicated to negotiate, surely the best way to get value would not be an NDA, but completing the preclinical as Tim said and starting a phase 1 trial next year, I feel this is the business model that Sareum are referring too all the time and worked when Chk1 was Licensed!

It’s as similar as your going to get too a Chk1 without being one, it’s the same pathway, ATR is just before Chk1!

I think the marker they measure for ATR inhibition is Chk1, it could possibly be used in combo, Wee1 is also in the same ballpark!
