Hi Stoney, the 16/343639 reads like it is for Cancer, ie T-All and elevated levels of BCL2 similar too the readings of the poster presentation “Immunotherapeutic effects of the TYK2 inhibitor SAR-20351 in syngeneic tumor models.”

“The TYK2/STAT1/BCL-2 pathway is implicated in the survival of leukemic cells in a proportion of T-ALL cases. It has been reported that STAT3 signalling in both the tumor, and microenvironment,“

So the other Patent is SDC-1802 Cancer, but the RNS said it has completed the SDC-1802 patent program, so are they leaving the 16/343639 not sure!

I originally thought that 16/351620 was a Patent for SDC-1801 autoimmune and 16/343639 was for SDC-1802 but was wrong, so is SDC-1801 got a Patent in the US or is relying on the generic Oxyzole Patent?

What I’m unsure of is I thought it’s SDC-1801 is being sought after first for licensing as this is the molecule that is most advanced in pre-clinical with SDC-1802 trailing, but this patent is for SDC-1802 which is directed towards Cancer so unsure about this!

Hi Potnak the US patents that I’ve followed in the past have run exactly like that, notice of Allowance first, and they have 3 months too pay the fee, it can be withdrawn by the patent office for a reasons that I’m unsure of but if it was that would have been sorted out already, the fee of $600 must be paid within the time before issuing Patent!

There was an election requirement asked by the examiner, so they had to choose a group of compounds!

SDC-1802 March 13th and 1801 July 19th!

US Patent 16/343639 must be 1801, hopefully hear some new info in the future with regards to this!

An allowance is as good as a grant imo, glad that Kara saw sense, lots of info in the patent dialog and an IC50 read out for a very Specific selective Tyk2 against all other Jaks!

Hi all big news for Sareum today only check day before yesterday, I’m confident that a license deal will come soon now!

The old patent are outdated, the ones being applied for as Steve mentioned cover the molecules for what the company is trying too achieve in the current business environment and our license deal!

Oxazole Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors (FLT3, FLT4 and Aurora kinases) is a generic patent which covers the older molecule, Sareum calls it the U-2 molecule in the application argument, the new molecule’s SDC are different as they change the structure too get a more selective TYK2 molecule
