Hi Stoney, the 16/343639 reads like it is for Cancer, ie T-All and elevated levels of BCL2 similar too the readings of the poster presentation “Immunotherapeutic effects of the TYK2 inhibitor SAR-20351 in syngeneic tumor models.”
“The TYK2/STAT1/BCL-2 pathway is implicated in the survival of leukemic cells in a proportion of T-ALL cases. It has been reported that STAT3 signalling in both the tumor, and microenvironment,“
So the other Patent is SDC-1802 Cancer, but the RNS said it has completed the SDC-1802 patent program, so are they leaving the 16/343639 not sure!
