In case people don’t realize Pfizer’s Abrocitinib is a JAK inhibitor and is not selective for TYK2 and inhibits different Interleukins than SDC 1801/1802, Pfizer’s PF-06700841 is the one too watch in direct comparison and has more similar profiles!

I can’t see here they are up too no good, the raises have been small and I’m glad they raised the money when they did at a good price compared with the last raise and only it’s seams what is needed, people say about the tweets but they are not the company it’s a pr firm, and before the tweets everyone was saying they needed to be proactive on that front and so so they employed a company to forefill like a lot of companies do in respect to twitter and they still continue too do after the raise so is not a stunt, and took control to secure at least one to complete the preclinical study, I would agree it seams to be taken longer for this too happen and would like more detailed information what kind of activity’s and position the 2 molecules are in, has the MTD maximum tolerated dose been found and will they put into action the short human trial that Tim talked about in the last video, that would be very good news and exciting that should really get this going!
