Hi citizen yes that’s my point this info with the publication has been around for some time, then with them being discussed in public sites and share price going up, then they issue an RNS on it, it’s like the tweets that appear when publication relating to the compounds are posted on here, it looks not very good leadership and trying to appease long holders!

Hi RMM but if 1802 is better in lupus than the selected molecule 1801 for it, than there’s more chance with the mechanism also being the better one in RA, psoriasis as the whole bunch of indications in Autoimmune are strongly related, that’s why you see Pfizer and BMS use the same molecule across the range of Autoimmune diseases!

Also noticed as probably many here have is that the best molecule reference in the publication SDC-1802 (SAR 20351) is being used in Cancer and not Autoimmune, and the lesser superior molecule SDC-1801 (SAR 30347) in Autoimmune is being used, shouldn’t the SDC-1802 (SAR 20351) Molecule therefore be used instead for Autoimmune, a bit strange this?

Krone I agree non final or final are never final as you can work something out too get a patent, whether it’s reduced as in this case with the cancelation of T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia so the patent is more specific targeted LOF TYK2, but the important point for me is that it’s clear with the unrest of holders talking about an EGM any sort of delays or complexity on the Patents which personally are key too this will put this at risk as John is the only person who can get this Patent, so if everyone was relaxed and ready too be able to hold further than the end of the year then fine but I don’t want everyone thinking this could be done and dusted quickly and be in the same boat as last years unrest!

More Pages being processed in the Patent for SDC 1802, in honesty I don’t think it’s going well it says on one sheet that an error has been made, so don’t know what to make of it and others 33-50 rejected, some still pending, its seams its getting complicated!

So no update till year end, and no speculation from Parker straight to the point, I agree with him what we know is what we know from RNS, after all this is a site for people’s opinions unless directed to a statement in RNS, sleek business model uses the cash resources and time for better things unfortunately like getting the molecules ready for the end of preclinical year end, forget the covid nonsense only real updates here!

It’s up too Sierra to update the stakeholders on progress of the trial and collated data, as Sareum have an economic interest in SRA737 only, when SRRA give info then Sareum dose, so with Sierra’s messing around and not willing to progress with a preferred route of an on license which has been quite some time!

This is probably a side show Damion, it raised the profile of the company and then there was a placing, as identified by many here, and this was mentioned 4 months ago in the RNS, also another sign is that there are no prominent other Tyk2 assets that have not been selected against covid19 and currently in human trials as JAK1 signaling is suggested to be more advantageous in inhibiting and dampening the immune system for covid19 so with the time it’s taking I think there might not be enough supporting information for the application!

Patent rejection is never final, it’s always reworked or the applicant gives up trying, looking at the recent remarks with the providing evidence I can’t see how it will be rejected, it’s very persuasive!

What matters is proving practical significance of the one molecule over U2 as this is part of the argument pertaining!
