I am sure in the NXP002 negotiations that it would have been mentioned of the repurposing trials of Pirfenidone to help with COVID 19.

The MED2005 patent extension was applied for in March 2017, nearly 2.5 years ago.

Phase 2 results were HIGHLY significant for the mild ED group of 134 patients (p value of less than 0.0001) with the 0.2% gel. This very low p value is outstanding and gives a huge degree of confidence for future results.

Now we are looking at DOUBLE and TREBLE this dose which from the background positive data from the PK study with 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8% “supports the Company's strong belief that the higher dose forms of MED 2002 should improve efficacy, particularly in the more severe cases of ED.”

No safety concerns, (Viagra is often associated with headaches and flushing) and importantly and understated no restriction needed on food or alcohol intake.
