Well 3p is around a 13M Mcap, nearly half of what we paid for cuda alone. we are just purely priced to fail at this point and the only thing that will stop that is this magical increasing production curve that we was promised at inception of the atomic deal. its a shame that production curve is parabolic and looks like we will hit 0 Bopd before we start to rise up. Just got to pray to god this GGS is the saving grace that we desperately need. few months to go, GLA.
Dead and buried behave. in the gutter definitely. but we are gunna pull of an undertaker style resurrection. when art pulls JV out the bag. GGS blasted out leads to 1k bopd uplift. bonds cleared. Senior debt holder retired boom 1 quid by Christmas. its back on baby let's gooooo.
Dumb question from me as I'm not too familiar with the process but in installing the new GGS pipeline. do we Know how it will work with Wells been offline. assuming just one at a time while they do the pipeline for that specific well or do they have to kind of stop the whole area for those 9 Wells?
Very true but he also doesn't think its worth updating his shareholders on what his plans and strategy is which is why we are where we are. I personally don't see the point in going to a US listing as will involve sox compliance which given how lax he is with financials he wouldn't want those so publicly available and scrutinised.
Honestly if you'd told me after the atomic acquisition that you'd be able to buy shares for 5p a pop I'd of called you a madman. can't belive its got to this point on something that had so much potential. I'm struggling to see a corporate action, is there anyone on Halifax that has found a way to vote against this consolidation?
Yeh the Bond holder dilution is bad enough but necessary to an extent. the 2mil issue just to pay 150k bill though is nuts. just throwing shares around like monopoly money. while they deliver nothing. have to see what the Q1 update looks like in 3 weeks. but no wonder everyone is losing the will with AM.
So I'm a bit at a loss how have we raised 13.6 million financing and the share price remain flat. no longer not a going concern. and our current Mcap is 18 million. is the rest of the business valued at 4.4 million haha.
oh aye must of us LTH have continually averaged down in anticipation of all these major catalysts that have just never seemed to deliver any shareholder value. Actually laughable to think that given how much progress we have made as a company we are slightly above the shareprice after consolidation following the resolution of the exxon lawsuits. For a company that had so much potential I'm just left feeling disappointed mainly through the bad management and lack of communication throughout this ordeal of an investment.
Pilot,
Tilburn is referring to Horizontal wells which flow between 1000 to 3000 BOPD. His post clearly flown over your head. Just for further clarity we currently have zero horizontal wells. So the current flow rates of wells at CC holds no weight against what was said. But will feature in the drilling plan currently in place to delineate the field.
