Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
I mean I definitely will. we just witnessed them give away the entire company to summit in exchange for the 40m of debt do you really feel that's what the company was worth. if there is even a chance of getting half of what I invested back its worth fighting for rather then roll over and play dead. thanks RBM for still giving us a glimmer of hope that justice will be dealt to these bunch of vipers.
So I was hoping for a bit of clarity with the class action if its successful does it only recieve damages for those listed on the class action or does it make it so any shareholder that has been harmed through the horrendous levels of fraud and deceit can then claim damages? I'm 50k down and just wondering if there is anyway I will see this again or if I'm out of luck as I missed the cut off for the class action.
Because its COPL, they will wait and do one huge big news dump at the end of the year with all the good and bad news. instead of building up sentiment. Just got to hope the winter isn't as bad as last year and to start seeing that upward incline curve we was all promised on the acquisition of atomic.
I agree Shouston. there was no clarity in the RNS as to which party terminated the JV talks. perhaps COPL got sick off been low balled. When they can see a path to much higher production. terminating that JV frees them up to bring other potential businesses to the table for a better deal. and frees them up from the NDA so that they can actually update us as to what the heck is going on after using that as the justification for keeping us in the dark so long. hopefully now be able to get those two confidential wells back up and running if they was plugged and increase our production even more. No need to stress yet until we see the company strategy update at year end. To finally hear from Cowan after his step up. which frankly taking this long to communicate with shareholders is an absolute disgrace from him.
What about getting production over 2000 bopd. which is roughly the break even point once profitable we can service debt without further dilution and then hit up one of these 3 banks that was desperate to give us an rbl a year a half ago to get further drilling done. 1 to 2 horizontals and the debt we currently have will be no issue at all. just trying to further panic people. end of the day no upside to the JV materialising has ever been factored in and a 50% drop off it is a crazy over reaction.
Another joyous RNS from copl delivering the shareholder value Cowan promised us. All been lead down the river. the fact that RNS wasn't paired with a positive production update is even more telling. We need a Christmas miracle here. have to see what the YE strategy update looks like but I can't see how we can get anywhere without a lot of capital investment which we don't have. and the dilution this last year has already been phenomenal and that was just to install a bit if piping.
You don't think getting production to the point we are profitable, negating the need for death spiral financing. Will make a difference to the share price? That's a wild statement.
Can't wait for this financing deal. clearly forward sold a ridiculous amount this week for the 50% free fall. more dilution and jam tomorrow. thought ggs was getting us profitable. clearly not looking good as otherwise they'd of released numbers. more keep the lights on funding while they deliver sweet FA.
You are not wrong bob, I'll never forgive him for doing that interview proclaiming that there was no need and no plan for another placing to only go and do a placing two weeks later. and god how many fund raises later are we now. literally milked us shareholders for every cent we've got to get to where we are now. I just hope that in the end what he delivers long out weighs all the torture the last few years have delivered onto us all. at the end of the day aslong as we all manage a 100% returns it will still pay multiple of if we had left it in a normal savings account!
Wookie you are not wrong the entire ride down here has been one hell of a sh*tshow. but we are close to achieving what should create a large uplift in shareprice and return to normality and hopefully a chance for all us long term holders to break even. just got to grit your teeth and stick with it a little while longer. hopefully when they finally get in gear and decide to share with us the August numbers we will see the long awaited rise in production at what couldn't be a better time for it now we are unhedged!
Hedge removed as poo is pushing higher, large scale cost reductions, ggs pressures increasing leading to higher flow rates. getting profitable can't be that far away now with all this taken into account. maybe requirement from the JV for us to be profitable before they sign the dotted line. all looks like its coming together!
