Valuation of these metals at these prices over $4 billion.
Also the copper is high grade, but they can add substantially to the resource by using a cut off of 1.2%- which is still high grade in itself.
I can’t think of any negatives here. No way should this be a £20 mill company with copper flying. It’s going be be a cracking few weeks and months imo

Materially undervalued and even more so now copper futures are over $4 for January

That’s now $4.01 per lb. wow. That effectively doubles all profits here to what is on the presentation. Metrics worked out at $3 copper and circa $2 cost.

No idea why people will think it will drop. Share supply being cut by the day and everyone buying in wants a 2 bagger at least.
They can’t just magic shares up to buy and most insti’s locked in.

earl- let me explain. the NPV's on the presentation are done at $3/lb copper with costs at circa $2
At $3.50 copper, profits are roughly 50% higher. Also there is a lot of upside on the resource and exploration drilling has found what I would say are world class grades.

Darren- the price is controlled by the placing sells- ie what they are willing to sell at. Not related to fundamentals in the slightest. when those shares have been sold, and no more supply at 0.24p then it wont go there again imo

NPV I think is closer to $450 million. That DOES NOT include upside from previous drilling campaign.
We have a huge project here and this co is worth £20 mill and is now fully funded.
Should be a cracking 2021. Could blast through 1p very easily

Those grades along a large interval is like rocking horse poo. Maybe a TR1 or takeover. Value on the floor here but it wont be soon imho

easy money. You are basically buying a closer to $500 mill co. for £20 mill.

its just too cheap. The money raised clears the debt and pays for upgrades for production.
The NPV including duckpond at this copper price will be closer to $450 mill now imo.
cashflow annually circa $50 mill per year with duckpond

Shares in issue- debt for equity swap.
Funding in place now for upgrades and we should see the sp react any time now. I think we will see 0.50p plus over next few weeks
