O and W. Good morning. This is now my largest share holding but I don’t post that much on here as am not agreeable to most views here.
The value driver clearly is Amapa. The information exists is the public domain yet a lot of so called long termers on here spin this out of context and appear truly terrified of the impending rise. Clearly not normal behaviour.
At current iron ore prices Annual EBITDA from the mine will be roughly $400 mill per annum. The revenues and shipping costs were in an RNS last year for all to see. Cadence of course will be getting between 20 and 49 % of that. Realistically when all done and dusted we should be increasing to an mcap or £150 to 200 mill for starters. It may not all come at once but 70p to £1 range when shipments start is very probable.
I wouldn’t keep adding if I didn’t believe the figures

yep. mankanyan transaction should give over 1p per share here imo. Aswell as circa £6 mill their remaining 20$ stake has NPV between 150-400 million dollars from memory

don't think there is any argument that on 30th sept they had net cash of 0.849 million dollars.
Also there will be £165 k ish from warrants coming in I suspect too.

yep. for the reasons I outlined below. potentially the JV could get a contract with a government to test and track and trace which could be worth £100's millions. The risk is they don't but I don't see anyone else offering what ctea do.

BHA don't do lateral flow tests. Yes and no. They supply them but don't manufacture them. They will use the Healgen lateral flow test as part of their JV with CTEA to provide the covid solution as outlined on the 16th OCT RNS.
Its test, monitor and track and trace. Pitched to companies and governements.

You are looking at a daily movement so that's not long enough is it. You need to define a time don't you to see where this goes. Otherwise all shares that go up and have a red day are "pump and dumps" are they not?

DG - Ive listened to your argument about why I should sell my shares but actually think I am correct here.
Undervalued compared to every other covid play and a complete solution is offered now (not in 6 months) for covid.

You can’t look at this being a red day as a predictor of a future event.

It’s not just about a physical test. You need someone to do the test, someone to record the test and the individual and immediate contacts to act on that result. That is what ctea offer which imo is more than any other Covid play. This is the problem now. Folks wait 4 days for results and in those days go and infect dozens of people because they can’t be arsed to wait. And then their contacts can’t be found because the track and trace is ****e
