Capex of this mine is practically nothing . All we need is a partner and offtaker. Oh wait. We have a mou with sinhydro which is a subsidiary of powerchina worth $10 bill US. And all we need now is someone to sell the product to. Oh wait. We have Suay Chin holding 15% of the shares here and have Chinese buyers.
The deep pockets of this Chinese will have no issue paying $100-150 mill for an earn in. Hence they have a mou

We are not fully funded for mine capex but bear in mind Sinhydro who wish to still work with KOD under their MOU are a subsidiary of Powerchina who in turn are worth $10 billion US. This information is in the public domain already.
I don’t think a project like this could be any better set up . MOU with the Chinese- tick. Offtake with Suay Chin with links to Chinese buyers- tick.
No loan notes- tick. Funded for foreseeable- tick.
Anyone trading the 0.01s could well miss out on bigger rises imo. Prem 3 bagged when they paid Darwin off a few years ago. Now the loan notes have gone and placing almost flushed same could very well happen here imo

Agree. This is way ahead of prem and don’t forget they have their major shareholder as offtaker. That is rare on a junior like this. The NPV is hugely upgradable too as resource measured is only part of it. The capex needed is also extremely low too. Now wonder the Chinese are after it. Also Bernie mentioned other interested parties. I think a favourable JV will come. Can’t wait

1 mill oz target at fatou should add £50 mill on to this mcap for starters imo. Lots of newsflow will come thick and fast on 4 projects.

Lots on twitter posting some decent charts. There are plenty of gaps up the chart to fill. No warrants on this placing either which likely means some double digit % rises are on the cards when this gets going.
Next week should be good. A lot looking at this and know as I do that when this placing has fully churned there isn’t anything to hold this back imo

Amin. This is very much volume dependent. If you expect a drop to 0.10 that’s only going to happen if volume suddenly drys up. There were still almost 500 million shares traded Friday.
If you follow me on twitter I would look at say what happened on BZT after they placed from memory at 0.08p to fund drilling last year. I added at a similar price to this several tranches between 0.11 and 0.13. A lot of the long termers were shocked at my predictions of a rise and replied with a lot of irrelevant information about shareholder action groups etc. my point was and is here that the funding is always key. And when out in the open and people see value the risk has gone.
I see this as less Risky at the same point as bzt was.
History Says I was Correct then with the shares racing to circa 0.5p ish. A lot of the negative posters disappeared after that.
Same will happen here imo. But less resistance up the curve than bzt had

Fjet-being concerned is an emotion. But seeing as though you don’t hold any shares I’m not sure how you can be concerned. There should be no emotion attached to a non holder monitoring hourly movements of a share they are not invested in. Unless I am missing something. I’ve been in this game far too long to be swayed on opinion or belief from people such as yourself. With all respect only you know the reasons you post on one BB and one Bb only negative opinion. Most of my posts are tweets and, because they can be archived, it’s why likely I have almost 3000 followers following my share trading. I wouldn’t get that I’m sure if my share trades were not accurate. Of course we are predicting future events here. Overhang is likely on dregs and then the move up can start. The mining License timing is unknown but I wouldn’t be wanting to be out when that news hits.
In terms of being nervous about my holdings? My stake in here is profits from trades, recycled so even if this was a zero my Pf would be up 2-300% this year regardless.
The lack of warrants too on this placing is another good clue.
Again been doing this far too long to listen to anyone else. This with the CLN’s was an univestable share imo. Now the game has changed somewhat so the clever investor will change stance based on fundamental changes and funding. If you keep banging the same drum being blind to changes you either will lose all your money or won’t make any money imo

What is a fact - if the buys of last week continue into next week the overhang will be gone. And if buys are acting against no presold shares the re rate should be very swift. Target 0.5-1p.
Folks should look what happened to prem in a very similar situation a few years ago when they paid off Darwin. The shares went up 3 fold very quickly.

Fjet. Your previous post makes no sense. The majority of placees don’t part with any money when they take the placing shares. So the point of awaiting the license isn’t relevant . They take a commission from pre selling the shares between placing announcement and admission date so effectively have a short at the placing announcement. so what you posted isn’t acccurate in the slightest.
However What you could say ask which is more relevant is why didn’t Bernie take £8 mill when he was offered it? Surely if the license wasn’t imminent he would have taken it ?

I think you have hit the nail on the head. Things look very good yet there is a seller. So timing an entry is tricky. I think 8-12p range to buy we will all make money from.

Hence the post is factual. The huge amount of buys working against the worked sells. We had another 483 million shares trades on Friday. The overhang is disappearing quickly

Be careful? Tbh Amin I think a lot are wise to these types of posts now. Look at the graph? All I’m seeing is a huge amount of buys against a finite overhang. And I’ve been doing this a long time

Ray- If its like last week its the opposite pal. If you have the demand of buys being the same as last week it will probably end up mid teens. Because the buys wont be acting on worked sells any more. the reason why it hasn't gone up is the buys act against the worked sells (overhang) . When the worked sells have cleared then the bid rises. The placing presents an over supply of shares. If demand stays the same against no share supply then the price goes up. You cant disagree with this as its a fact and not an opinion.

So your prediction of why this share will drop isn't correct. You are assuming there is a huge overhang, when actually counting the volume and trades that likely isn't the case. I think your hope of 0.10p isn't based on anything concrete. Previous occasions the SP would fall but that was due to negative selling pressure by CLNs- now no longer

agree Ray. pointless pandering to the requests of non holders. If like me you believe the license is fairly imminent, and if like me you believe this overhang is pretty much flushed, a decent move looks likely imo

but $110 million isn't big in terms of capex compared to practically every other AIM miner.
You can only compare apples with apples Daz. Maybe pop over to the GGP BB and pose questions to how far their cash goes compared to building a mine

I expect 0.5p-1p on license. 4 projects progress with funding. The funding is always the sticking point and why the shares didn't manage to sustain a rise in the past imo. IE loan notes sold into. Now no loan notes so when the dregs of the overhang gone, nothing to hold it back
