Honest opinion- they turned down £8 mill. Why? Imo because the license is any day mate. That’s my take. Otherwise why not take £8 mill?

That is only the start of it and only based on some of the resource. They will prove it up much bigger imo and it will likely be a monster pal.

There’s no doubt in my mind that emh position will be sold if the chance to acquire 49% of Amapa is there. Cadence is an investment company and their investment has been fruitful. Also they have no real control over emh whereas Amapa it they will.
With 49%- EBITDA of main mine likely to be $350 million ish at this iron ore price.
Also they will monetise subcontracts railway too and possibly the port.
At 49% could be looking at £3-5 share price in a few years

It’s a game changer because it’s a large, ex Anglo mine with the product sat pretty much at record highs. The % margin in terms of cost to dig it out vs cost to sell is circa 6 fold. Would be a bit like having a large gold mine at $300 / oz costs.
The numbers are very real and in the public domain after being released on RNS.

Just catching up. Absolutely hilarious and this is why I don’t post on here much as it’s probably the board with the most bull****e I’ve ever read. You have about 5 “longer termers” scared to death of their investments rising and bash their own shares constantly by overstating risks and underplaying facts.
Then you have comments I read recently from people who allegedly hold shares that “shipments will start in November” and Brazil with $15 billion exports per year will stop all exports due to covid.
It’s completely hilarious and anyone that panders to a bunch of spreadbetters is equally guilty. I mean. I don’t think I would have 2800 followers on Twitter if I bought a stock only to bash the crap out of it with opinions that entirely fictitious and then forget where the sell button is. I think people would call me out on that as a fraud.

Folks being brainwashed here to think that an entirely reasonable $190 EBITDA per annum is worth less than a £30 mill mcap.
