but I agree. The cash from the warrants and placing was pretty much necessary to get to where we are today. The operations coming up are already funded out of existing reserves so operationally they are doing well. We will have to see of course but I'm very confident and unlike what some non shareholders think Ill be here for a while and I wont be talked out of my shares by some with dodgy maths and a dishonest agenda

So what do we expect? I would expect the warrants that haven't been used to be cancelled. I doubt they could be extended without this being voted through as the RNS was clear they are valid for a year. They could be used this week which may mean a slight drop in SP. Hard to call. But when they have done it will mean we are trading in normal market conditions. So good news hopefully should mean that the share price reacts like it is good news.

good afternoon topicel. Yes- you pretty much summed up my thoughts. Look- in the markets for each buy there is a sell and vice versa. You cannot but shares which do not exist. They have to come from somewhere. If its normal market conditions and the demand is excessive then the supply comes from shareholders. If you have 25m warrants at 3p- then that is upsetting the supply. There is excessive supply so the shareprice in some way is determined by how much margin warrant holders will take. If they all wanted say 10% then the SP would be lower than today. Certainly some of the volume of buys is acting against this rather than pushing the price of the shares up- its an overhang. Now its impossible to say how many warrants are flipped. But as I said before I always assume all. Now that may be deramping but in my experience even though its the wors case its the mots realistic case. So in essence, there have been circa 15 million warrants exercised in 4 months or so. So that means just to keep the SP level there would have to be 15 million more buys vs sells in the primary market just to keep the SP equal. The other 15 million shares are supplied by warrants- or at least I assume they are. You could argue that some warrant holders will not sell. Maybe. But as I said before it is free money. I called the warrants wrong in terms of how many are left but I still cannot fathom why warrant holders don't accept free money? It is nuts. Bizarre. Not acting on them by either flipping or buying then selling or just holding when the sP has been almost double the strike price is baffling

Yep. That's my target and ill slice some off then. Its an opinion and where I think the shares will go. I can justify it based on likely Permian basin production increasing by 200% soon and the warrant issue finishing, plus possibly increased credit facility and increase in pine mills resource, Hasn't hit it yet of course but target stands. And the problem is what? That puts the company on a mcap of �15-20 mill. Reasonable assumptions and opinion based on what will likely happen. Better than predicting a sp drop of 50% against increasing production and cashflows as above- backed up with bullshit about not trusting a poster on a BB because another stock he held went up and then dropped- irrelevant garbage and trolling. Misconception has been the notion of stripper wells. Matt explains this to some degree on the podcast. The stripper well is a well nearing the end of its life. However Matt hasnt bought stripper wells as such . He has bought the lease associated with the stripper well as to drill a well into an already producing field. Advantage of this is that you know largely what you will get to a high degree. Also the license is held by production so will not expire. The trickle of oil from memory 2.5bopd is meaning the license has no expiry. So Ntog buy the stripper well and the % of the lease for a new well. So much negative spin it is untrue.

From your previous post- everyone should do their own thing. A poster warning others of another poster then predicting a drop in the share price of over 50% should ring alarm bells. You will find that the vast vast majority of posters will post for their own financial interest. Whether it is long, short, or swing trading 99.99% of people will post for their own financial goal. If you are wanting a cheaper entry, trying to discredit those that are bullish is the obvious tactic. However I do not make the market. Folks decide themselves whether the stock is over or undervalued by the official news releases. No one has a crystal ball. I am bullish here because the official news recently has shown the twin well is producing almost double the estimated mean value of between 25-40 BOPD. Not true either production is falling. March has seen a circa 10% increase. 2 new wells coming up drilling into an already producing field. These are facts not opinion. It was also not true on twitter that Matt never releases flow rates and the twinwell was producing 3bopd. Those estimates were out by a factor of 20. Also implied by the podcast that twinwell flow was actually greater initially but Matt wanted a fair result over days. Compared to opening a soda can. Imo do not believe everything you read on a Bb. My position is clear and I will always do my own thing regardless. My opinion is the stock is undervalued based on these facts. Always worth looking at the difference between opinion and fact. Atb

So according to your theory- seeing as though I have held these for a while at circa 3p and actually added more, it went to almost 6p, then I wouldn�t actually be posting any more because I would have already sold before it retraced and doubled my money rather than be desperate to sell at 3.5p. Temp- you forgot to mention nccl which went as low as 1p, bzm which was 0.3p when I predicted a good rise - went up 1000% , gwmo which did 500%, eme which did 400%, and hnr which did over 100%. Temp- what are you on about? Prem I haven�t held for a long time. Sres I bought at 0.12 ish and it doubled. Otc I bought at 3p ish and it went over 5p and then retraced. Still have a few on sres and otc. This was 1.5p not so long ago and now it�s more than double that. You are contradicting yourself bud. You said yesterday you are a trader getting 10% yet you have a hissy fit when if a stock rises and retraces. Which is it? I have a target here of 10-12 p ish and the reasons why are clear. If your timings are wrong that is your problem. Your anger is not consistent with someone who has made 500% return by 10% trades. I have always said dyor and be comfortable with your position. Some of my stocks are down - msys and particularly sgc which is one of my biggest holdings. But I see value so I hold. I don�t go finger wagging if my stock falls. It�s the risk I take and we all take. You will always have losers because you are predicting a future event which is never 100% guaranteed. Aim is high risk and high reward and the buck stops with you pal.

think we all need to stick to the official RNS and words from the CEO to see what is happening. The predicted mean value of the twinwell was 32 BOPD. It has been producing 60 BOPD so with down time is 58 BOPD. That is circa 80% more than the mean market expectation. The market expectation of 2:1 ROI is based on $40 oil. WTI is now over 60% more. Pure nonsense to presume that the more production and therefore net cashflow the company make, the lower the share price. Pure trolling delusional nonsense. The predicted ROI of the permian wells and results for the twin well are there for all to see and investors can decide to invest or not. The next wells are fully funded so I would predict the company by late summer to be producing circa 300BOPD which is pretty good for �5 million. Margins on oil possibly circa $30- $35. Call it $10k per day profit. Maths stack up pretty well.
