From my experience when you see a tr1 like that, for whatever reason the holder wants out completely. So I am expecting that. The good news is when we get that next tr1, volume may arrive expecting the rise afterwards on that trade. Super cheap All Imo

On 23rd March reported he dropped from 4.5 to 3.5%. Sometimes investors just make that decision. The previous news I thought should have taken us over 3p and with this today I think a seller is the reason. But it is not a huge volume to clear. We will see but I suspect an rns of under 3% will be incoming imo

Now circa 17 million and he only has 6.5 million. That is what I think is happening. If I am correct should be an rns within a few days saying he is under 3%. That in itself should get the buyers for the trade when he is out. This share is very tightly held and normally NT to buy any so a seller clearing for me makes sense. We shall see. Great top up opportunity imo

Check for a tr1. Hunch is Nigel Wray selling but should be good when he�s out. That kind of volume means it should be any time

This was 33p not long ago and now we are getting into the Chinese market plus now this worldwide distribution agree ment. I think the reason for the fall was possibly Nigel Wray selling a few. But he had 3.5% before down from 4.5. With this volume he could be done and the real move will start imo. Dyor

It is about balance topicel but also you should consider the positives too. It is aim so valuing these stocks is difficult. But if you go down the route of production currently doesnt justify a higher sp. how can 88e and ukog be worth 10 or 20x this sp then when they produce nothing? If your arguments is based on the asset the I would say back that ntog have 24 drill targets - maybe 30-40 bopd net per well. So could be looking at up to 1000bopd from this alone- with a credit facility which likely will be increased and cash flow already to pay for this or a lot of it. The warrant issue should be put to be next week so it is then a wait and see. Imo you look too much at the sp as a predictor of good and bad news. This company fundamentally is stronger than when it was over 5p when you were bullish but you now seem bearish just because the sp has dropped. That Imo is why folks in general lose money on aim. Not having a go fella but if you are being balanced you need to look across aim at other �5mill oil producers with a credit facility at 4.75% interest and 3 more wells funded. Nothing is like it as this price.

With the charts against warrant conversions. Imo they do not work as they are not normal market conditions. You have still had up to 15 million shares on the sell side in 4 months.

The warrants have had an affect though because 15 million have been done already. I think the fact there are still a fair few left has discouraged the buying too. I certainly will be getting more next week if we see they have been cancelled. It is still a mystery to me why there are so many left and we will never find out. I called that wrong but 99% of the time you will find that the flipped warrant call is correct. People havent taken their 60-80% free money which is bizarre and we will never find out the reasons. If I had warrants I would have cashed them all in by now with 2/3 money out and a third money in plus my original shares. Not acting on the warrants when the SP was almost double the strike price is nuts. I personally think the volume will return from next week.

You have to consider that the vast majority of junior resource stocks under �20 mill mcap have no revenue. So forget the bullshit earnings - ebitda. Ebitda doesn�t apply to most stocks because they have no income. Ntog is now profitable at corporate level with an mcap of �5 million and money in place to take care of 3 more wells. Each well has a ROI if possible 3:1 or more now. It is a ground up rebuild this. I fail to see how a doubling in revenue in the next 4 months or so wont increase the share price by a considerable amount. Especially after the production is going straight on the bottom line.

The maths is good here. We know that pine mills plus the one Permian well give or take is paying for corporate costs and any additional oil is profit. Latest results show net circa 32bopd for twin well when market expectations were a mean value 32 bopd for the JV. With 3 more wells coming up plus the twin well I make it roughly 130-150 bopd net to Ntog from July with what I think should be profit approx $35 per barrel. Matt has said it�s profitable at $30 oil. So the Permian assets should be giving Ntog $130-150 k per month profit. But then we have the credit facility being reviewed possibly in June/July plus another 20 more wells probable. We should be getting to a point when the profit on the oil is paying for more drilling and I think that should happen by the end of the year.

Egypt news will seriously re rate this. As I said before at $65 oil it�s a much different playing field To $35 oil. It�s a bottom up re build and I think from next week or so when the warrants have been cancelled / used the. It�s game on imo

Can you elaborate on this please -There's no rush however as the deadline isn't here. From 20th April 2017 rns the deadline is 12 months.

From your previous post I thought you meant there were 150 million shares hitting- not the grand total of shares in issue. The point I am making imo stands. No one here has a crystal ball. After all taking a position in a stock means you are betting on the outcome of a future event. One of the events here is what happens with the warrants. It�s says clearly on the rns from 20th April 2017 that �each Placing Share has an attached warrant, exercisable at a price of 3 pence for 12 months.� So we should assume that any outstanding warrants after 20th April 2018 will be cancelled. A warrant holder has 3 or 4options. 1. Buy the warrants and hold the stock. 2. Buy the warrants and sell the stock 3. Flip the warrants without holding the stock 4. Do nothing. Now we have 3 weeks to go until the warrants would appear to be cancelled and we have 10 million outstanding and we are on option 4. So why have warrants holders passed on the chance to make 60-90% risk free. It is not because they want to be long Term holders. As yet the outstanding warrants have yet to be exercised and as far as I can see will be cancelled soon. The only explanation I can think of either a technicality into not being able to flip them- maybe broker related or maybe some thought the stock would go higher. I fail to see how anyone could foresee option 4 a few months ago.

Topicel- just so we understand the flipping or keeping long on warrants. The company will receive monies either way and the shares are admitted - as notified under blocklisting. It isnt true that holders are buying or flipping in huge quantities which only suggests to me that some of the bigger holders have exercised poor judgement and expected a higher share price. The high volume days with large block sells of 200k shares again you would assume it is warrant flipping based on what normally happens. But again apparently not. But seriously pal- always assume in placings and warrants all shares are flipped and if they are not then thats a bonus

I made a forward assumption. The last month of course the number or warrants flipped is less because the volume has been poor. But there is still extra pressure on the sell side as I will continue to assume that warrants are flipped. But in last month not many. It�s odd that in jan and feb not more warrants were done. Would you not agree? I could sell in volume over 5p less than 2 months ago. Why would you not take up the option then? Warrant holders holding or not doesn�t apply for the answers you may want. 40% or so have as yet taken up the option. Maybe some thought the share price would go up? Now though is you are flipping after fees it may only be a 10% gain. And I always assume all warrants are flipped. If you dont then one day you will get burnt You said the other day about the extra 150 million shares. The total number after warrants will be 147 million or so and that is if the warrants are exercised.
