Spary- the land and villas in 2013 were valued independently at circa 50 million euros. Mcap here does not really reflect any of that. Even if we say �20 million that could still be a 6 bagger. Then we have the new ICO and the coin mining business picking up steam. I suspect position taking over next 2 weeks. The BOD are probably not being too vocal about the value there. I mean, why would they. In 2 weeks they can be as vocal as they like. Think about it. We are Told figures from previous rns set the floor.

However, due to the current nature of the real estate market in Italy, the Board of Mediapolis has reduced this valuation by 25 per cent. to EUR 35million. This figure has been applied to Mediapolis' audited balance sheet. Regarding the holiday properties owned by Mediapolis in Porto Cervo, Sardinia, a similar reduction in the book valuation has been applied. This has lowered the asset's value by 39 per cent., bringing the balance sheet value in line with the outstanding mortgage on the asset. In absolute terms the new valuation, for the purposes of Mediapolis' audited balance sheet, will be EUR 5 million, down from the original investment cost of EUR 8.3 million.

All. Question to all longtermers- have a relatively small position here. How much value is put on the 497,884 square meter land plot in Albiano d�Ivrea and 10 villas in Sardinia? The price should be multiples of this mcap. Has anyone spoken to any of the directors off the record for their valuation? Thinking more like �20 million myself

While a �3m debt claimed by the Ministry of the Economy position is still being assessed by the receiver, �165,718.53 of amounts due by Mediapolis to certain creditors have so far been ranked above unsecured creditors, but below the first charge. Thus, the current value of unsecured creditors approved by the Court amounts to �8,749,860, of which �8,211,897 or 93.85% (which does not take into account the �3m debt claimed by the Ministry of the Economy which is still being assessed), is due to CL2017. All proceeds from the disposal of the Mediapolis assets, after payment of the first charge of �2,678,357 and the �165,719 ranked above unsecured creditors, including certain fees of the receiver, will be distributed pro-rata to the unsecured creditors. Creditors have 15 days to challenge the ruling, with regards to their own approved creditor position.
