However warrants are 99% of the time pre sold. Holders do not pay up front and then sell. They pre sell, pay the broker the margin and pocket the difference. It’s the way it’s always done.
The warrants have found new homes but more importantly provides the company with a solid amount of cash right now. It’s good news

Just looking in and some horse bloke on twitter screaming placing. He doesn’t seem well researched to me. Last placing was in sept 2017 and BCM group is one of Africa's largest private contract miners- and they took just over 20% of the company’s share capital. Would appear to be a pointless argument expecting a bucket shop placing because that is unlikely to happen.

I don’t have any agenda here as I don’t hold. However they have a 2 cornerstones investors in place so don’t think you will see a retail placing. Good try though deramping lol
