you don't know much about placings

bonum- you can place in 6 hours. say £200k and that would be flushed in few days. If insolvency- then ART who you have suggested is happily taking his money then would receive no money again from COPL. So on one hand you suggest that ART is milking shareholders, and on the other he will put himself on the dole because he hasn't arranged a placing.
And then again you suspect insolvency, and you then claim to hold shares.
