From an FAQ elsewhere it seems that it's your (nonISA, nonSIPP) account number at your broker, I've just completed the form on that basis.
It appears that your account with PrimaryBid will only be activated after you've gone through their KYC process, background checking etc.
Have to say that the PB website isn't exactly 'friendly' to this particular user.....
Maybe I need another coffee !

I've a draft ready to go to the Nomad tomorrow ( giving AT a decent turnaround time, esp as he's heard from you also !) and am halfway through something to send to Elphick, depending on what AT and/or the Nomad come back with.

I 'get' Mitch 984's point that COIDIC associates may just be stalling/not prioritising, but (a) that hasn't stopped ZIOC reporting ' no news' updates in the past and (b) the complete omission is a big no-no in my book.
And approaches from strategic and other investors certainly require addressing !

Well there's a saying about giving someone a fish versus showing them how to fish for themselves...and helping them DYOR in future ...which is surely a Good Thing ?

There certainly seems to be a lot of censorship about.
The usual thing on such occasion is to ask : who benefits ?
Well, it's clear from the posts of the last few days that there are a lot of people (judging by rec counts, at least ) who don't believe that 'the facts' should get in the way of a good story....
So I imagine the finger points in that direction.
Speculation.

Failing which, it might be worth raising the matter with the Nomad or with Elphick himself , via GEMD.
From our brief (polite) exchange at an AGM a few years back, I got the impression that he set some store by appearances, so may be minded to 'do the right thing'.

He may not be able to say anything about 'strategic investor approaches' - reported as of September 2020 at the interims - but we were also told then of various COIDIC-related initiatives, viz :

o Multiple Chinese entities introduced by China Overseas Infrastructure Development and Investment Corporation Limited ("COIDIC") in order to explore opportunities for Chinese involvement in construction of the Project

o Opportunity being explored for potential development of a steel production facility within COIDIC's Special Economic Zone ("SEZ") at Point-Noire

o Yantai Port Group introduced by COIDIC to consider logistics synergies.

Having informed shareholders of the start of these specific initiatives, is the Company not required to keep us advised of developments, even if - and perhaps especially if - they are negative ?

That's probably petty cash for GLEN, in the scheme of things....

Read 'Consideration shares' in the Prospectus.
AZ and connected parties in TAG all got their shares at nil or negligible cost.

The Board got their seed money investment back pretty much at the placement that was concurrent with the IPO, about £ 30m, from memory.

Their net carrying cost is probably not a lot higher than some of the current PI's, IMO, though they've probably also had longer opportunity cost.

AZ/TAG has about 39 % and most of what you've previously classified as II's seem to be brokers like Hargreaves Lansdown, HSBC nominees, Barclays nominees, AJ Bell etc , who aggregate and 'front' for PI's.
Fact.
Which II's do you have in mind this time? And what %ages do they add up to ?

Hmmm : If it was AZ as Chair (non-exec); AND I had a better handle on TF; AND I understood what each side actually brought to the party ; AND how AZ's talk of 'acquisition *' relates to TF's talk of co-operation and synergies, then yes, I might consider.

* In case you think I'm being picky, consider the steady growth of 'gross originations' - which will have encouraged some folk to invest - compared with the subsequent clarification :

"Gross origination" includes all client companies that have signed an NDA, a term sheet, or are in, or have completed, the onboarding process. For clarity, the gross origination also includes commercial opportunities postponed or lost/ not eligible.."

By any standards, that's a kick in the nuts that is - or should be - hard to overlook.
