the point is who decided that big property owners assets have to be bailed out before energy security or a low emission future. The suspicion is that their interests are over represented by political leaders. Tax payer could have bailed out some of their portfolios and they could have had to sell the rest at market value to whoever had cash at the time. A redistribution according to normal economics leaving gov cash available to build the new energy infrastructure we all want. It didn't happen. The silence is deafening. I mean media are big laandlords, churches are too etc so nobody wants to discuss it. Maybe the price of silence are all the gambling adds on TV!! Golden bricks people must be happy with GB because it's like there is small print that if you buy here your asset value if necessary will be backstopped by taxpayer! This is all very well but if there is some kind of energy crisis and energy price skyrockets and people realise that the lead times to solve it are decades they might wonder why the big property owners were so generously treated and also why subsequent to that they agev back and invested so little. It's a bit like there are some pretty mean minded people behind the scenes who are refusing to budge on the matter that they have any obligations at all. IMO and to me that's the objectionable thing!

it's not their fault. Just flaw in this country. Rome burning what do authority do? Give all money to big landlords and delay energy security. Apparently this is democracy and we voted for it. But big landlords are special?? Tories '****ets' and 'paints' well their businesses do better if property going up Labour ex politicians well they have big portfolios so they must be saved or bailed out BUT is this democracy and does intelligence have to defend this? Why not check with a referendum- ' Do you want austerity to bail out big property owners or energy security?' Yes or No

IMHO the questions need answering

IMHO following needs chronicling/listing a) when was problem about paying dividend known b) Who gave DL catch phrases- dividend before year end (year of listing), money making machine, straight clip ... c) holdings at listing of eg JG, GR, MD, NJ, SG, RJB etc d) holdings of above now incl date and price aquisition/disposal in other words has there has been a change in majority ownership of co. during period of dividend non payment?

think you guys are wrong. Dividend capacity soon was integral to co. prospects and listing as a significant cash generator. DL wouldn't have said it unless someone gave him the idea IMO The SP declined perhaps because no dividend was seen as failure by market. Insiders took advantage of SP decline. No explanations were forthcoming i think. Doesn't look good to me especially as now seems there was problem about paying a dividend!

was supposed to be announced as a goer quite soon after listing Nothing was said and SP declined . Why was any problem with dividend not known before. With Aim directors/insidesr always win whatever happens and various tax avoiding investors can buy 'dips' also, that's if former they haven't sold to buy back first!

Aus list is being packaged like a new start up IMO with massive options for directors who seem to have forgotten that they had duty to original shareholders after the delisting and nex fiascos. Options better than contributing at the nex capital raise for sure

shocking IMO that directors take advantage of stock price uplift directly due to tax payer bail out of system. Such schemes should be taxed at 90%-95%. Separately I think the assets of big landlords who also benefited from bail out could be taxed like this First 500sqm exempt Remainder subject to 25%-50% special sales tax Remainder holdings not permitted to be used as collateral or be mortgaged, Further 'Remainder' portfolio could only be sold to fully funded buyers (mortgage free)

GozoMike I admire the ISR process the most. No diggers, crushers, tailings, dust, noise etc. Apparently copper can also be mined with ISR. Further there is a lot less infrastructure needed so quicker and cheaper to get it up and running. But a decent sized deposit is the cherry on top and there are very few of these worldwide, I believe!
