History- what the 'too big to fail' want to hear
It must not include where the money went before a crisis. To whom or what they did with it.
Therefore it must be filled up with Dates, descriptions of meetings, where leaders came from , which part of a country etc, speculate what they thought, who they fraternised, examine entourage, talk generally about development or technological status of whatever land.
It must not include concept that elite could have done a lot more and this should be disguised by words like 'unforeseen' , 'thwarted!', etc
Presumably oxbridge profs down the ages have accepted the 'rules' and the accolades and salaries?
