This is the last week to load up on undervalued HE1 shares. Next week is the beginning of the next tax year, and this will be allowed to fly.

The question really is... does the globally significant helium finding fit comfortably inside the 480km2 of offered mining licence area, or is it bursting at the seams with Helium on tap whenever they drill! Over to you pubcrawl. 🤣

The Sky is the limit for Helium One Global! This is fantastic news, and well done to all of the LTH and He1 team itself!

Not only that MCNol, I would rather see dilution for ~£6 million, than for the full £100 million. It is a clear demonstration of smart people doing business!

Thereby, securing finance down the road after the ML has been issued. There indication I got from reading the body language of the BOD during the AGM, was along the lines of the ML being issued within weeks to months, not months to years.

They bought into the Colorado prospect around the time that they made the Helium discovery in Tanzania. He1 would have known full well that the Helium was trapped in liquid, and would have had an indication of the cost required to take this into production. I agree with MCNol on Business Finance 101. Take the money out by diluting shares, then return it back as a form of income, I presume.

Here is to Helium One Global, with their globally significant Helium discovery.

It is just a matter of time before the ML is issued and I trust the BOD when they say the discovery has complex components.

I agree, less than 10% of my portfolio is invested in AIM. I am heavily invested in AI technologies and where the future is heading, which is probably when I have invested in He1 as Helium is an essential gas for that same future.

I'm not here to make a quick buck, I'm a long-term investor and do hold He1 shares. I'm interested in future-proofing my investment and believe He1 has great potential.

I recon He1 were buying into the overall Helium potential in the area of Las Animas. They also have also negotiated a first refusal of any of the other sites up for 'sale/partnership' by Blue Star.

I'd not considered a prospective partner for further discovery in the PL Zones in Tanzania along with ownership of BNL, this could sit independently of the potential ML.

This is not investment advice, I am just exploring ideas.

I think I prefer the idea of having a syndicated funding loan and keeping He1 with full Tanzanian rights to the Prospecting Licience Zone in Southern Rukwa along with their potential Tai ML. I suppose an Amercian-based partnership could work well, giving He1 more of a foothold into the American supply market?

What are your thoughts on Blue Star Helium being acquired, with news to be announced before 27th December? How do you see this impacting on the Colorado partnership? This may end up being extremely positive news for He1!
