Can the Hydrological study be carried out on the main Itumbula well initially? Followed by some smaller 'core' holes to check for pressure difference at set distances apart. Do we have an expert in the room?

I'm presuming that they only have to drill four wells, the fifth well is the main Itumbula well, am I correct?

As for Galactica, the BOD will need to work out the best way to stretch their money against what will give the best ROI in the short and long term. I think the 50% partnership with Blue Star has worked well, and I would like to see more joint deals moving forward. Blue Star has built up a good relationship with the drilling company, and HE1 should try to continue to develop this strategic market in America, whom have the world's largest helium resource (the odds have to be good for tapping into this as much as possible).

They receive a smaller share if the risks are reduced or eliminated. SO , what has to happen on site to reduce or remove the risk? Evidence of geological conditions, i.e. no water pressure drop between wells, evidence that artificial lift works, evidence that geothermal energy (140'C) is present, etc.

Is there anything that would require a move from the prospecting licence to the mining licence? What projects can be completed for under 5 million, which is likely the available reserve funds for this year, given the 8 million or so currently in the bank?

While the drill is hot stacked, could they start drilling the second hole? Wasn't there a water pressure drop test that needed to be carried out between the two holes, as highlighted in the CPR?

To me, it feels like the ML acceptance is now in public view but you have to dig for it to see it.

For all intents and purposes, the ML is legally active. So they are good to go to start preliminary works. This would certainly give them a head start and would look great when the first RNS does land! I recon they have enough money in the bank to keep the wheels Turning until the funding options are realised.

Good post Punter - do you see a quiet start from he1 to carry out early ESP testing g on Tai1 to prove mechanical lift is viable. This way they can confidently make a big deal out of the ceremony knowing for sure that artificial lift is possible.

If Meta want to provide curriculum based Education to Europe and Wester societies, they may need to avoid having monopolistic control. Having Engage and other companies working independently, albeit acting as financed bolt-ons. This may provide an opportunisic route to capture whole markets.
