Colorado will become a joint self-funding mechanism with Blue Star, using the additional funding they can achieve an acceleration towards breakeven. "In my opinion" this will be used to upgrade the Pinon Canyon plant to include both a high grade Helium and CO² production facility. Blue Star will likely continue to offer the Operational expertise to continue with the 9 additional wells and tie all back in. The capital generated by both companies can then be used to fund further acerage development discoveries together. This will double the efforts and continuing a potential lifelong partnership.

To retain at least 51% of Songwe Helium Ltd, and therefore overall control of the project. This would mean they can only issue a maximum of up to 32% of the equity. HE1 also want to retain as much profit as possible and the more Helium they can evidence with more reliable samples, will give them a better negotiating hand. The lower the risk, the better the deal they will get.

The Tanzanian government may also look to offer them a low interest loan for the remainder of the project, with repayments being made out of the cashflow raised from Colorado.

The way I understand it Peakybrum is this.

There is the final raise required to basically maximise the Colorado efforts, fund the one processing plant, connect the existing wells, plus drill and connect the additional 9 wells. This achieves the best cashflow results possible for the Galatica shared venture.

In Rukwa, the raise quantifies Helium feasibility by de risking, it proves up enough evidence to enable the early production system design and to get the project into a place where HE1 can negotiate the best possible deal.

The £4.5 million will most likely be used to extend and commission the production plant and support the tie-in and potential drilling of the remaining nine planned wells at the Galactica-Pegasus project by the year end. This includes all preparatory and infrastructure work needed for sustained production, rather than buying further acreage or acquiring Blue Star’s share.

I would have to agree, this would be great news as Blue Star have a great relationship with the drilling contractor.

I think all good news will contribute to pushing the share price higher, but the significant jump will come when they announce financing without the need for dilution news.

They have been granted the ML as of 4th July and are progressing with hyrogeological studies, further appraisals, unrisking activities, and any means by which they can move progress forward. We should hear about the official signing of the ML hopefully the announcement will be made in July for a future date celebration.

My skill set is in Construction/defence/AI. So mining is not my speciality. There is only so much information in a predator Rig manual. Point taken though, my questions are to further my research, after all isn't that what these BB are for, sharing information?

Could the drill be moved, say 10 meters, from the stack?

I'm trying to understand the side tracking a bit better and this would involve drilling small core holes within set distances. The drill could be mobilised locally to drill core holes and enable further testing. Is this correct in you opinion?

I'm sumising here Blu, but is there any further drilling to be carried out at the Itumbula well. This video was recorded back on the 24th April. Could the drill have been relocated since then?

Is there any indication where the rig is hot stacked at the moment? What are your thoughts on it being located at the next drill location?

I think is was Noble who were going to hire the rig, I saw it in a Noble CEO interview last Autumn.

Either way, whether it was cheaper or more expensive, for continuity, the rig is ready to roll.
