$30 million low-interest loan from the Tanzanian government to be repaid in instalments through cash generation.

Heilum One share dilution raises the remaining $30 million - As an example at the current SP of 0.75p/share for 4 billion shares. The higher the SP, the fewer shares are required to raise the same amount of capital. Say the share price reaches 5p, then 600 million shares raised would equal the same £30 million.

Total capital raised $92 million plus the remaining $8 million from the current capital raise on the 5th August - All in $100 million.

I've shuffled the numbers again since yesterday and corrected my mistakes, and I get that the JV would be putting in more money for less equity, but HE1 have done the bulk of the legwork so far. The JV partner may also become the off-taker as part of the agreement.

I made some wild estimates regarding the financial distribution yesterday. Regardless of the outcome, it will be positive, and by this stage, the share price is expected to rise due to having two sources of income generation, so dilution will not be perceived in the same way as it is currently.

2.2p is the hypothetical share price needed to raise £88 million, also a rough guess as to the capital required to complete full production. A figure sitting somewhere between $75 million and $100 million.

I suspect it will need a bit more capital than this in any case, as there are still 65 wells to drill (total 66 wells, including the existing Itumbula well).

The BOD are a solid team, and I can see a Helium empire growing out of this.

Issuing 4 billion shares at 2.2p each, as a minimum, would raise the £88 million needed to fund the full production system at Rukwa. As long as the share price increases, supported by income from Colorado and the solid evidence of helium deposits found at Rukwa, they could achieve this alone.

I mentioned a potential acquisition a few days back, but after watching the Lorna interview yesterday, I don't think that is the plan.

I read that they are already working with a JV partner who will work with them and support operations, and in exchange, potentially agree upon an off-take exclusivity agreement. This way they control the Helium supply and where it ends up, supporting Western societies (maybe A.I./Space/defence/medical developments)... Just my thoughts.

Caveat - this hasn't happened yet. DYOR on the geology of the Rift Basin and how Helium is created during the radioactive decay process involving Uranium and Thorium!!

No, you would raise the required amount of capital needed set against the SP at the time, up to a maximum number of 4 billion shares. The higher the SP, the fewer shares are required.

The current raise of £10 million would raise around 150 million shares (at 0.0067).

MCNol - Could the 4 billion shares be transferred to the 3 investors, forming the JV, in exchange for the remaining capital required to bring the Rukwa ML to full fruition? Outside of the £10 million already raised (so circa $87 million or so of the remaining investment). Although dilution, this would be picked up of the back of a rising share price by this point?
