This is a good find Toffers, fortuatous that the article mentions three investors "This long-anticipated project, supported by global energy giants Equinor, Shell, and ExxonMobil"!!!

It was me Toffers, you kept bringing up Nishant and I figured he must be strategic in the process. Start him off as a non exec and then transfer him to a more senior position once thing progress further. Lorna's last interview also suggested that all would be revealed in due course. I spent quite a bit of time bouncing ideas through Perplexity this morning and there was a resounding response back that Nish could end up as CEO. No disrespect to Lorna, she has been amazing.

I prefer the Nish argument over say a complete buyout, and I would say a CEO change could be a good move.

It is a little odd that the three Directors appointed and named on the ML have not yet been made public yet.

So I have carried out some for research and come up with the following potential hypothesis.

Lorna Blaisse has been superb to date, especially with her hands tied, but what if Nishant Dinghe becomes CEO after the three IIs become majority shareholders?

The company can continue to be a going concern with Lorna stepping in to an operations role and Nishant picking up CEO position.

Sorely this would be good news as it further strengthens the board, bringing in larger connection/network possibilities for a JV. This would explain Sarah Cope moving to an executive position too.

What are your thoughts people?

I never said I was wealthy, I said I would be wealthy when Helium One reaches fruition. It was a tongue in cheek commentary.

So long as HE1 continue to progress on their planned path, continue to accumulate assests, continue to strive and invest and stay the course for 66 wells in Tanzania and building partnerships, this company will do well and long term holders will see the wealth benefit as a result.

I'm in agreement crypt.

In a few years from now, people will say. "Wow, I wish I'd bought Helium One shares when they were under a penny per share." We can all say, well we did and still hold now especially now they are paying a dividend.

"Wowser, you must be very wealthy."

Also, if the II's do somehow remain shareholders, their share buying is effectively non-dilution as the shares won't be released back in to the open market. The current share price is reflecting the full effect of fear and dilution effects.
