Another example is today's UT. This site says the 310K shares was a SELL but ADVFN site says it's a BUY.

I used to believe that every site is getting their data just from one source which is London Stock Exchange, but somebody told me in another forum that I should not really rely from the data from this site or ADVFN.... I was convince what they told me because there were cases where this site recorded the bulk UT volume as sell but ADVFN says it was a buy. However, there was another one who stated that even ADVFN data is not also accurate. And Investing.com data proved it to me a few times.

12:00 RNS: JPMorgan increased from its holdings from 0.44% to 4.62%... so they were the ones who bought the 2x 2.27M shares in the past couple of days including yesterday that was captured by Investing.com but not by this site and ADVFN.

There was again a big buy yesterday that did not register on this site's and ADVFN's list of trade transactions. However, Investing.com captured it in their chart.

5/1/26 UT @ 16:26 total = 400K shares, then after that there was a big buy of 2.27M shares (worth £5.4M) which is most likely institutional investor because the SP crossed the SMA200 going up yesterday morning. Institutional investors always follow this SMA200 rule from what I learned.

Winton and Actusraypartners increased their short positions on Friday (2nd Jan)... makes me suspicious of those who came here on Friday preaching their knowledge about Ceres 😂

And Delta did not just signed the contract to license just because Ceres told them so that the product is really good... Delta has to test a number of sample products for thousands of hours to verify the data by their own tests and audit how the sample products are manufactured repeatedly in Ceres factory. They wouldn't had signed that £40M licence contract and setup a $240M factory if their own tests yielded different results from what Ceres' tests. It's not only Delta that tested them, all other licensees (Doosan, Denso and Weichai) did their own tests as well before signing those contracts to use the technology.

I posted a few of weeks ago that Delta is Taiwan's 3rd largest company and is significantly bigger than Denso (the 2nd largest automotive supplier in the world and under Toyota group). Delta has been in data centre infrastructure business for decades with its hands in almost every sub-system of the data centre infrastructure. Delta has already the existing contracts with Microsoft. Adding Ceres SOFC/SOEC technology in their data centre infrastructure portfolios gave them more competitive edge versus the competitors in that particular sector of data centre business.

The big boys are buying more shares... 2 x 1.187M shares (total 2.37M shares worth £5.08M) were bought 30 minutes before UT (16:05 and 16:07) but late recorded in the system after UT... there were additional 2 x 106K shares bought after UT.

I can't blame if you have the trauma of the past😂 from 1500p to as low as 45p would indeed make you think that way 😂 but it also shows how clueless you are not knowing what's the difference 5 years ago when it was 1500p and 405p like 7 weeks ago... it only shows that your knowledge despite being in this stock for 10 years is very limited like what the Grizzly people have. First of all, I could not even understand how the price went up to 1500p in early 2021 when at that time Bosch didn't even have the production factory and Bosch was the only licensee and had to clue which market to sell the product... for the past 3 years up to the most recent before Grizzly shorted it, Ceres has Doosan, Delta, Denso and Weichai as 4 new licensees with Doosan started mass production mid last year with clear target market and already secured a contract with SK. I won't elaborate more about what were already shared here about Delta, Denso and Weichai because that would give you giveaways that make you feel calm 😂 I would rather keep you guessing and stressed with the current stock price 😂

It's all clear to me now that those who come here in this CWR forum less frequently want to get assurance that the shares they bought at higher price are not going to tank and would like others who have in-depth knowledge about CWR to give them information that would calm them down... well, do your own research or visit this forum frequently and you would surely get information from people who have done their own diligence some of which are borderline insider information... I am not going to reshare what other solid information that had already been shared in this forum... I'll let those who want an easy way have their mental ping-pong whilst I'm doing my research on other stocks. 😂

the problem is you hexy and lucy came here criticising without even understanding why the price went down and you blame ceres for not issuing a statement responding to grizzley's ridiculous claim... had you been in this board regularly and read what were discussed here a few times you won't be scared to death about the 'artificial' decrease in the price of your holdings... i may not agree in a few times how percy get easily ****ed when people like you come here and making statements... but some of your statements proved that you did not make your own due diligence when you bought crw shares and you want other people who did their homework to explain it to you and make you feel calm and stop panicking.

That's because many of you played exactly what the big boys wanted you to play... you panicked and sold shares... LOL.. there was even one UT a week or two ago that 1.7M shares (worth £3.8M) were bought at UT because many got panicked and sold their shares.

Love it... day traders getting impatient and come here to voice out their frustrations because they can't exit... LOL... relax... it will soon come back to where you bought at... only 3 things I am certain: profitable in 2026, another additional licensee, and Delta starting production by end of 2026.

I shared this link a couple of weeks ago... let me share it again. This about who's who are involved in data centre infrastructure business. In that image of data centre infrastructure Delta has its hands in all of them. So it maker sense that Delta had to add Ceres SOFC/SOEC technology in its product offering to complete and strengthen its data centre eco system. Delta factory when completed by end of 2026 is 4x the capacity of Doosan.

If we have to look at the world data centre eco system not just South Korea...

Delta (Ceres' licensee in Taiwan) is the 5th largest company in the world when it comes to data centre power eco system. Delta is Taiwan's 3rd largest company and has already an existing data centre contract with Microsoft. I had an impression before that Denso (another Ceres licensee but based in Japan) is way bigger than Delta when it comes to market capitalisation because Denso is the world second largest automotive supplier second only Bosch. But I was wrong, Delta (USD75B market cap) is way bigger than Denso (USD40B).

Siemen is the 9th largest... and a month ago Siemens and Delta announced their collaboration to cut the data centre deployment time, cost and carbon emissions. That means Siemen will also use Ceres low carbon SOFC to power their data centre eco system.
