Yes, the MM brought the price down to 749p @ 8:53 to scare those with weak minds to collect and fulfill the two big 700k orders. Classic! 😂

BlackRock already owned 4.26% as of 1st May and then they bought 5.93% more on Friday (29th May). That puts them the 2nd highest holder next to Weichai.

Interesting post here by Ceres. We all knew that Denso (2nd largest automotive tier 1 supplier in the world) is Ceres' partner in Japan but has not committed yet to build a high-volume factory for SOFC. This is another thing that could significantly raise the CWR SP once there is an announcement about the Denso high-volume factory.

The MM has nothing to sell, shares were sold out on Friday... the only way the MM can collect more shares and fulfil the large buy orders is by scaring weak traders to sell.

Let me guess... the MM is trying scare those with weak minds to sell after the record volume on Friday (9M+ shares).

The best thing about that article is the author used many material presentations of Ceres when Ceres announced its new platform (Endura) and partnership with Centrica to justify why Ceres is a strong underdog.

There is a very interesting new information in that USB upgrade article published in Yahoo. Delta factory initially planned capacity was 200MW. That article is saying that it is now estimated to be 515MW and will increase to 900MW by 2030. If that is true, then by end of this year if both Delta and Weichai start their production, then by start of 2027 there will be 3 SOFC factories running with a total capacity of 1.65GW (Doosan = 50MW, Delta = 515MW, Weichai = 1GW).

"The broker now expects Delta Electronics, Ceres's Taiwanese licensee, to reach 900 megawatts of capacity by 2030, up from a previous estimate of 515 megawatts, while Weichai Power of China is forecast to hit one gigawatt."

if you base you valuation using Investing.com technical analysis, CWR is 43.6% overvalued... However, the 3 most recent independent valuations ranges from 930p to 1000p. You can say the same with BE which is 53.8% overvalued according to Investing.com technical analysis. The difference between BE and CWR is the business model which CWR has significant advantage in terms of capital exposure and scaling up quickly. If we include technology and gross profit margin, CWR is even better.

If you've done your own research you will understand why CWR current stock price is a bargain. Bloom only started to make money in the 2026/Q1 which was released only a few days ago. Before that Bloom was also bleeding but its stock price increased more than 1,500% in 12 months.
