Once a company is listed , its ownership belongs to shareholders, not employees or Directors.
1P ofer , could well mean legal action against the company who declined a offer 39 higher last spring, and that offer came for none other than shady stobart, who directors are in an out of court , often.
COW and her dirertors are liable to legal action , as shreholders are the owners , not any employee or such.
I am quiet prepared to lose all, other wise I would not have invested, but I am not prepared to sit back and watch this game of asset stripping to another company for pure profit go on. COW and her directors are trying to do trhis while the UK Gov as its eyes on Brexit and COW and the board just hope to get it through , saying it will save jobs.
Shareholders can and are taking action to remove COW and the board
