Perhaps my cynical view of the FCA is based on knowing it well and how it acts , its not a body that looks after oridnary people, it fails at everything it touches and as done since it became the FCA.
The FCA had the power to suspend the share from trading, and chose not to, even before the Rogue Branson Brady, Flybe board acted. If the FCA was doing it job , then no way would Connect been set up and a Offshore Company been used with a rogue hedge fund.
The City regulates its own corrrupyt pratice, its self regluating for the puprose of f;leecing ordinary people.
Now as for FLYBE, if it goes down, and people lose there jobs, then as heartless as this sounds, I dont care. Its a public listed company, yet the Unions have done nothing. FLYBE advisors Maitland are also corrupt to the core and should be sanctione dand there lience removed.
If shareholders lose , then so should everyone at flybe.
Where do Standard Life stand in this saga, ?
I have a shareholding , but have not received anything todate from Khon or Hoskins.
Do we know how Hoskins voted in December? Lets see how good they are at Governance
