Not obfuscation Eric, the courts only fully opened again yesterday and the process was expected to take two weeks, hence the Feb date given in the presentation and covered in the Vox Q&A. This is in fact backed up by the courts own website:
The work at the Court of Justice will resume on 7/1, but until 20/1, procedural deadlines and the publication of judgments, sentences and decisions, as well as the subpoena of parties or lawyers, will be suspended, except for measures considered urgent.
RE: Update on Ganfeng Offer Acceptances21 Jan 2022 16:24
The date is in the file name - 24th September 2021 Comparing with Thacker Pass clay project which Ganfeng are involved with then Phase 1: 40ktpa/ Phase 2: 80ktpa.
"Increased Phase 1 capacity of ongoing Feasibility Study to target 40,000 tpa lithium carbonate."
"Incorporating Phase 2 to target additional 40,000 tpa capacity. Feasibility Study is being designed to incorporate a potential Phase 2 expansion scenario to target total capacity of *80,000 tpa* to meet potential partner and customer demand."
Fyi Ganfeng intends to grow their lithium production capacity to 600,000 tpa LCE. Across the 8 projects on their website they would need to average 75ktpa from each. http://www.ganfenglithium.com/about3_en.html
Ok... I'll stop now, do your own research as always, not financial advice etc..etc.. lol :-)

Hello @elcobbledore, this was all discussed on the Q&A session have a listen to the answers from here: https://youtu.be/5iOT8agwzIY?t=148
My take always were 1) that the 49% is very likely to be offered to us because Indo won't or can't finance it. 2) KM *estimates* $20m-$30m cost to take us up to that. 3) yes this is 49% is expected to be taken by the end of Q1 2023.
Cadence has been approached for early stage talks by several possible strategic investors, financiers and off-takers. https://youtu.be/5iOT8agwzIY?t=1476
I guess that's why they've purchased an "additional 500 hectares of land acquired at the eastern end of the plant site location to allow for future plant expansions" then, not just for fun I guess?
