Yeah, I think the Charger stake alone is £650,000 at this point because we now own 3% of Charger as per their investor presentation.

24 Jan, 2022 Infill Drilling Delivers Thick High Grade 15m at 4.1% Cu

Eagle Mountain Mining CEO, Tim Mason, commented:
“This latest hole has unexpectedly delivered spectacular grades over significant minable widths. The assays
from hole WT-21-51 are some of the best results that we have encountered at Oracle Ridge, with copper and
gold grades significantly better than the surrounding holes. Interestingly, the very high-grade assays are
associated with veins carrying abundant copper sulphides (chalcopyrite) and overprinting the more typical
skarn-hosted mineralisation. This different style of mineralisation is unusual at Oracle Ridge, and we are
working towards unravelling its significance in controlling high-grade mineralisation and spatial continuity. It
is opportunities like this that continue to excite us!
The updated JORC Mineral Resource Estimate is on track for completion by the end of Q1 2022 and will include
assays up to hole WT-21-50. This upgrade will include 59 new holes with the aim of building and upgrading
the MRE, including a portion in the Measured category for the first time. The results for WT 21-51 will be
included in the next update planned for later in the year.”

Good news for our EMH holding making a bidding war even more likely, they will certainly sell everything they can produce, multiple times over.

1.8m options at 29p each plus shares so let’s say £1.29 which would mean £1.8m profit plus their shareholdings, I suspect they’d take it at this point, but in a year or two’s time we could easily be heading towards that kind of price, the market has to start believing at some point! Perhaps when the PFS is out, the IRR should be pretty compelling if it’s around 90-100% which is what my figures suggest.

Arbitrary figures Mike to illustrate the point, substitute it for £5 if you like and £150m for £2bn, obviously it would be dependant on whether it was backed by management too. The thought experiment illustrates how undervalued we are though.

@Jimb2 yeah, I personally think things are starting to happening behind the scenes, especially now they have the 90% of BCN. We are small change for them in any scenario conceivable. They are making record profits at these lithium prices.

As of today £200m seems unrealistic because why not offer say £1 per share for KDNC instead @Barksy/@Jimb2? It's not until we re-rate to our fair value that it no longer becomes a possibility. If it costs them £150m ish and they get everything incl EMH etc then why would they pay more than that?

I think a lot depends on our market cap being self fulfilling, we are far too cheap currently and a full buyout may look attractive to Ganfeng at our market cap, not out of the question given they have just done it with BCN. Let's see where the Amapa deal completion puts us.

If we were we already sat at £1+ per share then that wouldn't be on the table for them.

There are a few options for Ganfeng:
1) Do a deal with KDNC for the JV, unlikely they would pay much more than our market cap at the time (because a buyout would be cheaper), say £50m-£75m max (unless we re-rate to fair value beforehand).

2) Do a full buyout of KDNC £100-150m (unless we re-rate to fair value beforehand).

3) We come to some other arrangement with them e.g Toll Treaty or we need to fund our part of the JV. (assuming KDNC re-rates on the back of the news of the deal making it viable to raise the funds needed).

Their 44p valuation is from 24th September 2019 in fact, so long overdue an update.

I got them now, they are fairly brief on KDNC. On EMH they have a 184p/sh target now. Hopefully they can publish a full report on KDNC soon as their 44p target was from a few months ago.

"Cadence today announces that the completion and filing of the required contractual and regulatory documentation for the Amapa iron project in Brazil is proceeding as planned and closure is expected in the first two weeks of February. Once the process is finalised we will see Cadence transform into owning a significant part of an iron ore development project."

Agree @Legalease it would be great timing if Sonora covers the 49% avoiding dilution and hopefully with plenty of $$ to spare. Could easily happen, Ganfeng will surely want 100% of this so they can increase production.
