The 70ktpa is actually their current capacity so Phase 2 is unknown but could easily be a further 50ktpa to take it to 100ktpa Hydroxide total. Incredible.

first, commodities and commodity equities are good inflation hedges, ev battery metals are largely commodities and present a win-win to play both the ev thematic and the commodities as an inflation hedge thematic.

second, lithium is in a structural deficit as far as the eye can see demand is so strong supply will not be able to keep up whereas chip shortages have dominated the headlines in the past year battery cell shortages and battery price rises are here principally due to shortages and price rises of battery raw materials.

third, as a result already robust m&a and partnering activity will accelerate with higher prices paid for quality assets m&a activity will include new investors with deeper pockets than the industry has witnessed before.

It seems like the market hasn't fully absorbed todays LT/LS sale news yet, given that KM has also confirmed the company is potentially going to be publicly listed it sounds very similar to the Charger Metals story which is now 218% up since listing so the shares could be worth a fair bit more than todays cash equivalent amount as KM indicated. Perhaps when the transaction completes we will see more of a bounce.

Cash/Share value on completion is £1,810,239 to Cadence excluding the future options of up to another £1,98m and £2.3m committed for drilling which should then make the shares more valuable assuming a good result a la Charger, our MCAP moved up £800k, I certainly don't believe this was "priced in" and the undervaluation here is extreme IMO.

But while most shares in public companies are traded through the exchange, there is a small but thriving market in unlisted shares, traded via over-the-counter markets by specialist brokers.

That's a great deal, especially when you consider the CCZ offer not so long ago, and ~£2m of cash being provided to drill it too. I am surprised the SP hasn't reflected this, especially since we keep a stake in the project.

My starting point is that Indo won’t want to put any money in and that is why the deal is structured like it is, if you agree with that assumption then the rest of it makes sense (In terms or deal structure and likely outcome). The buy back clause protects Indo in the event of us not managing to fund the project. This is consistent with what KM has said:
