We have a company here with an agreement in principal with the banks to take a 27% stake for $6m usd and potential up to 49% stake in a mine that fully restored may be worth $1bn.

A 30% JV in the largest lithium resource on the planet (yes it is currently later in the mine plan but plans can change), a 12% stake in EMH a 49% owner of the largest lithium resource in Europe on the doorstep of VW and Tesla and reports of a huge lithium shortage predicted. Not to mention the Australian assets with China restricting rare earth exports.

Yes @obs, it seems to be a completely risk free shot at Amapa happening at the current prices, hence why i've been filling my boots (and wheelbarrows) recently. Even giving a ver pessimistic 10% chance of success we should be at £40m mkt cap or 27p/sh not to mention the other assets.

I should also add that I think the management team at EMH have done a much better job of promoting the Cinovec project working with RK Equity and EMH listing on Nasdaq were both really good moves. Not to mention the Tesla effect if looking at Piedmont and if there were to be an offtake deal done there. Also the fact that Cinovec is a proven mine for tin and the recent spike in tin prices what's not to like?!

Jurisdiction / Location is a massive factor in this IMO.
You literally couldn't put Cinovec Mine/EMH in a better location at the heart of the European car industry with extremely supportive policial landscape. BCN - in Mexico carries additional risk and a less supportive (not to mention corrupt) government (that are now talking about opening their own mines lol) that the market is pricing in. I own BCN and EMH as I think both will do well but the wind really is in the sails of EMH for the factors above.
