@tradecraft yes published yesterday which I posted the exact same (similar) case yesterday (see court watchers thread).
This lines up perfectly with the tweet that I also linked to which was a comment from the lawyer about credits being paid.

And if the Osios David is for us at Obs' source says, it matches up more closely.
We know David is booked for 45,000t Iron Ore from Santana Port, it all adds up to me, of course they could be Unamgen but they don't appear to have used their slot so perhaps their dates have changed.
We also have the debatable court date of 30/4 also.

@jimb2 yes those contracts would definitely mean a production increase as the 15,000tpa stated is already covered by the 3 existing offtakes.
The good thing about having ~£20m in EMH is that it can be sold to fund other JVs if necessary.
There aren't many assets like this globally so could be a massive bonus with the way prices of rare earths are going.
