It would appear four ships were originally allowed by the court order to reach the $10m net profit. Netting in the region of $3-3.3m profit per ship and some leway is given and for practical reasons better to be over than under. Maybe they would need to give anything above the $10m to the banks.

The shipping schedule looks very much like there is an expectation that Dev will be allowed to continue shipping as there are 8 further slots booked for Dev (No vessel names). Whether or not some of these slots will be used clearly depends on the deal with the banks being executed or the courts removing the banks guarantees and making them unsecured creditors.

What I would say is the company has no institutional ownership and no analyst coverage so almost entirely under the radar, many look at the historical charts and would write it off.
The second thing is the legal process would put many people off, but these are the situations where the extra research can go a long way towards creating an information advantage. Monitoring the courts, ports, local news etc.
The third thing is I would add is if you wait for certainty to start adding it will be too late to get in at these prices.
