On lithium - DLE technologies may play a big part in the future in 5-10 years but demand will outstrip supply for a long time to come so I think all sources will be needed. Here's my thoughts at the minute.
Ship #4 (MV) is for Dev, this must have been allowed within the initial $10m gross profit agreement. It was booked at least 3 weeks ago (recent court decision also mentioned four ships). Therefore the presentation contains errors (maybe email cadence to ask them to clarify if it's of concern?).

Dev / Cadence clearly expects to be continuing shipping throughout the rest of June and July so they must be confident of the deal being concluded in the next few days / week (if it isn't already). Lots of facts myself and others have found support this viewpoint as many things started moving in the last two weeks.

I personally think it was an attempt to acknowledge the third shipment has taken place without releasing an RNS (saving it for the big one) and was done quite hastily.

I believe that the 2-3 shipments was the expected total number by dev as originally there were three slots booked at the port.
I think that it is possible some further costs have been incurred or allowed within it to make four shipments possible within the $10m gross. Four shipments were mentioned in the court filings too. But whichever way you look at it the presentation amendments have made it more confusing, and it could have been re-worded more carefully or more accurately.

The only way it would have made sense is if it was another 2-3 shipments after the initial first shipment but I don't believe that is what is meant.

I don't quite know what to make of it all since the presentation came out but will be keeping a close eye on the schedule today.
Since we know Marlin is scheduled for Dev today and is #4 which takes us beyond our agreed $10m it's almost as if the deal is already done, but must have been so for at least a few weeks back when #4 was booked mid may (we would have known 3 was enough) and the extra slots appeared soon after. It's possible we're waiting on some paperwork or legal proceedings.
The only thing was four ships mentioned in the legal proceedings but this doesn't match up with the June presentation saying the fourth would be under the settlement agreement. Given that last week there were several clear signs of things moving forward.
