They slipped #3 in to the presentation but I wouldn't say they have reported details of #3 to the market via RNS, possibly #4 was ours and the presentation was a ruse.

Sometimes the decision is posted on the same day, other times days later.

Looks like the 10 workings days was correct.....

So back on 26 October 2020 we had 23,259,751 shares in EMH and we now have 17,463,864 so we've sold 5,795,887
If we averaged 60p it's £3.5m (probably a fair bit higher than 60p avg), we haven't made new investments, we loaned some to Dev, paid off a loan, take out salaries and company running fees, legal fees etc, I think we should have the extra $3.5 mil covered by now (£2.48m).

Morning all, Obs certainly still moving forward at the courts I'm expecting more tonight with the 10 working days ending today. Presumably it will go something like this:
we'd lodge the signed bank agreements with the court, release our escrow $2.5m, PBA takes ownership of Dev, we take our 20/27% or PBA. So a few things to be on the lookout for.

The only explanation that makes any sense is as per @MLQ we stored some of Unamgen’s ore in our compound and shipped it for them for a handling fee.
Either way it still means the deal should be within the next week if we’re to get a ship over in time for the next load at the end of June.

Why can't the 4th ship be within the agreement as stated by the court as per below?

Agree tomcat, If we get a name for #5 we can be confident the deal is done so it's a game changer once that happens.
There's a possibility that someone could get wind of this through the tendering process.

Ha obs, I was trying to be subtle, we are looking for ETA ~20/6 for #5 but U have one in Eta 15th so genco freedom could well be the next one due in 17th and we have another straight after due 25th all TBN.
