The project will not be self-funding the $168.8m Capex, the stockpile is $100m profit at current costs. Some may have been promised to the banks though in the April amendment. Dip C is an external financing package and as per the presentation up to $200m will be injected in to the project for start-up costs, presumably that was already accounting for the previous $30-$40m from stockpiles).
If Indo Sino can't fund their portion we will have the chance to fund it in exchange for equity, I personally don't see that as "highly unlikely" and neither does Kiran (see quote from webinar).

At full production and using US$61 per tonne of 62% Fe Amapá is forecast to have:
o an average net revenue after shipping of US$266 million per annum,
o and an average EBITDA of US$136 million per annum.

We are massively undervalued if you factor a potential 49% of Amapa in to any model at all even at 20% chance.

"gross" was also changed to "net" profit:
Old: "Initial shipping up to US$ 10 million in gross profit (2-3 shipments)"
New: "Initial shipping up to US$ 10 million net profit (3-4 shipments)"

Clearly they must know by know whether it's 2, 3 or 4 shipments required by now.
I think it's been made deliberately vague to hide the fact that somehow #4 was allowed and try to thwart the ship-watchers.
Even if you're ignoring the #4 Marlin V then they don't want us to see the name for #5 and figure it all out before the official RNS etc.
