Placings are often forward sold. IIs don't care about where the company will be in 1 week/month etc.
They will take profits. Risk free.
Some of these market makers will be on the ask till they clear the placing stock.
We've dropped from 28 to 21s, because we have seller. Don't just look at the sp today. Look at the SP since placings were announced.

I am yet to see a stock which has not dropped below placings. Honestly.
It may take days or even weeks, but SP always drops below placings.

If you have stop loss, remove them. They may come to take them cheap.

Price almost ALWAYS drops down to placings SP or below. That's when MMs make money. I would not panic. It will shoot up quicker than it goes down. We need to clear the placings shares.

The ease of use test was being carried out mid August. i would not trust twitter info. Why would they take 1 month to do an ease of use test, with ONLY 2000 peeps? (esp when we're in a pandemic) Obtaining data is easy using an app.

How can they use an antibody test to see if you have CV19? Its a joke. It shouldn't be allowed. But people are making money out of this. I can't believe its ok sky.

Researchers at the University of Hong Kong have recorded what they said was the first genetically proven case of Covid-19 reinfection, four and a half months after the patient originally caught the virus.

The 33-year-old man was hospitalised with moderate Covid-19 symptoms in Hong Kong in March, then tested positive again in August when he was screened at Hong Kong airport on returning from a trip to Spain. On the second occasion he displayed no symptoms of infection.

so far, since covid started only 1 person has been re-infected. Antibody test will be huge. Esp as gov don't want negative impact on the economy when 2nd wave hits. If you've got antibodies, you can't pass it on or you can't get it (science is working to prove this).

Now that the UK-RTC are ready to start production, gov MUST give out the contract.
Else, ODX and the others will continue to produce and sell the kit for MUCH more money overseas. I would prefer the test kits get used here in the UK

raharh - What you said is 100%. Test by uk-rtc got high accuracy. The 3000 tested at ulster uni and that proved the high accuracy levels. Another test 'ease of use' with 2000 people is being done again at ulster uni. When that is completed, approval will land shortly followed by gov orders. Imo, gov wants to see the kit pass the ease of use test as it will be posted to everyone to test at home. Contract news may come just after that.
DD, the antibody test will be in huge demand.

I feel your pain mate. The less said the better about the past. But if this Beckman deal is sorted, GDR can end up making 100s of millions £££. The approvals are 1 or 2 weeks away at most. I don't know about India but WHO and FDA are days away. Our share price will go up when they drop. The Beckman deal is also 1 week away. Announced on the 4th. 4 - 6 weeks. Best to look forward to the next two weeks. GDR may have a pleasant surprise for us.

Amazing how quickly Abbott test got approval from FDA.

That is an antigen - we have an antibody.

Abbott also have antibody LAB based test which they claimed to be 99% but validations found its less than 75%.
Abbott could be claiming false accuracy to make $$$. They did it to the nhs.

raharh - exactly - one stock you should never trade is EUA. hold and wait for that £1+ offer.
As soon as that news drops, you will not have time to buy back in.
