Spoke to AIM

They obviously cannot discuss specific companies.
They said they would be informed of any pending changes. (they would know at present who is lined up)
When a company has a new nomad it has to notify the market. however, as we already have a nomad and so they can wait till current nomad is out before they announce. On Thursday, we may see an RNS saying bla bla is our new nomad with immediate effect.

I also spoke to them about resignations. If a nomad resigns, it would serve a 3 months notice period. Sometimes, it can resign with immediate effect and can be 1 month. WHI's last day is 30th so you can take it back 1 or 3 months to know when they resigned which tells you how long EUA has had to find a new one.

First of all, you announce the new nomad as soon as you sign them. You have to RNS that. you state they may already be in significant amount of time into it but i disagree with.

EUA said they were in "advanced discussion". That was on the 9th but they would have been in discussion way before then. The fact that in all this time we have been suspended, they have not found a replacement is not something that gives you ANY confidence.

In this game, delay is bad news!!!

All we are getting from EUA are words that mean nothing. They are just giving you a reason for the delay.

We may not have a nomad this Friday. What will/can follow is empty words and further delays until we delist. If you have not found a nomad in 3 months, do you actually want a new nomad??? BIG question. Have we seen small companies that find huge potential taken off markets and deals done in other ways, we have.

Some talk about due diligence. All that should have been done and the new nomad should have been in for the handover.
They now have 3 days for handover.

TF, most of us know we may not get news till end of May. you've been saying news this week, for a few weeks now and got it wrong. We will get the numbers in May. Until then, make money elsewhere. Research more companies. A lot of opportunities to make money out there. You seem to be left on this BB talking to yourself. And you're not even invested :)

you and TS are affecting ESL in a negative way. You are stopping people investing in this decent, hard working company.

You forgot to add, test result is MUCH quicker.
The patient will get the result right away. All other tests take ages. Some tests are even sent to labs. In the USA there is a home test kit that has to be sent off to a lab and you will get a result a day later for ONLY, £9 lol.

How quick is NCYT now? 45 minutes if i remember correct. GDP will be fast. Imagine what this will do for Air travel?

you can test positive some doctors say. You have got to get it right or you will be found out soon enough as we have seen with the test bought from China. I was looking into this a couple of weeks back. Has it reached design freeze? It's being promoted on twitter like no other at the mo.

A lot of guys in EUA are not a fan of Tom Winnifrith. A lot of shorters follow him it seems and you have to think he gets info from somewhere at times.
