they will have a new NOMAD in the next 3 weeks.

"due to expire on 30 April 2020. WH Ireland will be working with the Company to ensure a smooth transition to the new Nomad. The Board believes that the appointment of the new Nomad will take place before the WH Ireland notice period expires."

NOTE: They did said they are in advanced talk. If there is going to be a hand over period to new nomad from old, they have
exactly 13 working days starting from Tuesday the 14th. to the 30th. If a hand over is important, the new nomad will need to start ASAP. EUA will also need to RNS that. So news should not be too far away.

Why did this current NOMAD resign? God knows.

Now, IF a new NOMAD agrees and we are back trading, how will the market act?
With flanks applications still not received, no sale in sight, a lot of people will be looking to sell i think. Why, because of the frustration and length of time this who thing has taken and lack of transparency. Plus, as people often do in AIM, they will be looking to sell and buy back in IF it drops low enough. But as per my last post, am not confident and i hope we trade again.

They had over 2 months to get a new NOMAD. The notice period would have at least been 3 months. They would have known. If it has taken this long to find a new NOMAD, God knows what will happen between now nd end of May and that is why they had to make this 'possibility' clear to us. And therefore, a lot of peeps here have the right to be a bit worries. I was earlier. Now that i have read the RNS again, may be i over acted. May be not a lose but dented confidence.

if EUA is going places, this nomad would have wanted to be part of it.

We can talk about the BoD etc. if we don't find a new nomad, its done!
Why have they not found 1 in 2 months?????? Its obvious now that the clarification was not what took
2 months. It was this nomad issue. so why no replacement to now?

When big companies see an unbelievable potential in a small company like EUA, they sometimes do a deal with the BoD. If this delisted, EUA would still have their assets , excluding us, the private investors. its always the pi's that get shafted in this.
EUA will eventually sell to a bigger company. This is one possibility and for me where this is headed. I hope for us all it wont be the case. Look at history and this has happened to quite a few small companies that had huge potential.

I suppose this nomad does not want to be a part of that. May be they are. May be its a strategic move for the 3 parties to part with the money. Its is a known fact that THIS nomad, has been fined before. Looking at some of the suspect trades, they may still be dirty. People will shoot this down but this is how business is done at times and its a sad fact. I do hope EUA do the right thing for PIs.

WHY IS THERE NO REASON AS TO WHY THE NOMAD resigned?

WHY HAS THIS BEEN COVERED UP AS a clarification of relationship? Why have they not been honest?

Honestly, i am not selling 1 share. But i would understand some people selling. some have sold to now regret it. I am holding this all the way see where it will end up. The need for testing will not go away for a long time. Over a year i would say.

Look at China, they are testing now MORE than they have ever done before. To ensure it does not spread again right? What does that say to you? This company will be making ££££££££££££££££££££££££ for months and moths to come. be out if you can't hold your nerve. Nice1 silver. I said the same thing here numerous times. to make money in this, you have to have patience, experienced investors will tel you that. a lot of people want 25, 30% profit in a week. That's a risky game which can work once in a blue moon. I strongly believe this will go 2 x soon. Seller will not have much left now. we've been at this level for a couple of days which is a good indicator. as for eua, everything says we will get paid big but it may just be a part sale. hoping for news at end of this month.

i hope we get news soon. the investment company confirmation is certain. numbers on current trade update will do to sp what i have seen at ncyt where i have doubled my money thankfully.

it actually started playing up yesterday.

one of the LSE servers must be having issues which means databases on that server would be affected. Not all shares will be on 1 server which may be why some are find and some , on the affected server are not retrieving latest data from server.

you said 3 of your shares are having the same issues. names? for anyone worries to double check its not just esl. this site is cra@. get better servers and a better database team

not great at the best of times but today, on my lunch break, checked trades and it was all over the place. their system may have a virus,hope its not corona

The application was submitted in September. It takes 6 months from application date.

Your contact suggests that the application has not been approved by local gov even tho we are well over 6 month since application date.

No license also means no deal exists to buy EUA. any buyer would wait for the license 1st i would think.

Why has it taken over 6 months?

Why is there NO update from EUA? A lot of you here said this is the best BoD since sliced bread but i disagree. To a point where i now believe they have issues bigger than a clarification. It took me all of 3 minutes to clarify my relationship ship with my girlfriend!

DBAY did not mention the word DELIST. Only you did. Dbay said they want to ensure ESL stays listed and goes back to former glory.

When dbay came in, just before Christmas, they wanted to ensure they capitalized on that busy period. They stated this in the RNS, 2nd dec 2019. Since then, every day has been Christmas for ESL up to now. And for the foreseeable. That is money money money. That is why they are all out recruiting like never before. To cope with incredible demand. This drop does not scare me. I have seen it drop from 14p down to 5p only 3 weeks ago. It then went back up when seller stopped for a bit. Sellers are almost done.

It looks like Truth has got to some of you. You fell on the final hurdle. 49% of a company turning over a billion a year, sp over £1 , only a year ago. even half of that is massive return. I'm holding. I WILL SEE a return. don't listen to crook truthfactory. dyor.

2 weeks ago, truth searcher was bashing this stock every minute. guess what, out of nowhere , he posted a message and said i just bought in for £25,000 :) i was shocked. were were at 7.3. I said to him, how can you risk 25,000 on a share you have been SO SO negative about. His reply was , its just a "punt".
