I sold 300000 shares at the start of the week at 1.6p to pay for some renovations and was annoyed that I hadn’t sold them at a higher price.

The deal isn’t going to be renegotiated.

The plan to exit chrome and pgms seems sound as does pivoting and reinvesting the money in copper production and assets.

The only issue at the moment is the lack of data to judge what tonnage they need per annum to break even at current copper prices. Too many unknowns, especially as costs for labour and electricity have increased.

Hold another year and see how this plays out.

Shame about the Saudi assets. I think if they had any interest at a reasonable price they would be gone by now. Instead we have this.

My wife reminded me today i have owned these shares for the ten years we have been together. In that time I have sold two businesses in london, emigrated to Australia, brought 2 houses and had 3 kids.

In that 10 years have told her financing is so close it’s just a matter of time and patience. I’m still saying it and still holding. I probably need to be put in an asylum.

I don’t believe it will happen this month, the city shuts over Christmas. There will be another RNS saying this has been delayed to the new year. But I do think this will happen towards the end of q1.

Copper is looking good. Unfortunately for JLP gold is looking better.

I have been in and out of this several times over the years and I can’t believe how low the mcap is. I will come back in at some stage as I think getting out of South Africa is a good move.

With the POG and Ethiopia remaining stable the risk is very low on this project. There's always a few that like drama, the majority just roll their eyes and carry on with their day.

I’ve lost count of the years I have been invested now. Tulu kapi could complete as scheduled but if there is any doubt Harry will hit the raise money button. He’s done it many times.

Probably taking some off the table is not a bad idea and let the rest roll. But each to their own.

But...the last 6 months delay with the 2nd lender was inexplicable. They would deserve a final warning (not the first final warning though).

Good old human self interest will get this through as it's good for all stakeholders.. But I doubt it will be as fast as we like as this will go back to committees again.

To play devils advocate we have been here before and the chairman’s job is to protect the company. Just in case…he would have had to pull the trigger before the Christmas shutdown.

In but hindsight is wonderful. I will have to wait fir the asx listing in February I think to buy more.

A little light on terms but considering the struggle aim firms are having with financing this is nice to see. No silly death spiral financing or dilution.
