I know I am being impatient, something I always guide against, but I do wish they would just get on and announce something. We are due a lot of news in this quarter and a third of it has already gone.

My read of it is that this meeting is for final board approval to provide $100m+ of financing support (debt) to a Delaware registered company in relation to domestic supply chain resilience.

Hypromag is a Delaware registered company, though tbf it is a common place to register a company due to tax and regulatory reasons.

Hypromag is building a US plant that will create supply chain resilience in rare earth magnet manufacturing (the most important supply chain of all for the US administration right now).

The loan size being approved is similar to the one we got in the LOI, particularly if you scale it up for the % increase in capex costs.

There is some dot joining to do, and there are no guarantees here. But there is a decent chance that the EXIM debt, at nearly 70% of our financing needs for Hypromag USA Forth Worth plant, is set to be approved on Monday. When they would announce the decision I have no idea. But we should probably know sometime next week if it relates to us as I don't see JT keeping it quiet....

Someone has been piling in in the last few hours based on all those delayed reported buys...

The one question would be that it says over $100m and our initial LOI was for $92m. But the capex cost has gone up from $125m to $142m so if you scale the $92 accordingly you get to $104.5m. Of course, this is just speculation, but the timings would make sense given that there is supposed to be FID this quarter.

SPAC news, rather than the SPAC. We need the reports finished and the lodging of the forms with the SEC and then we have a 2-3 month runway to the listing itself. There are a few sub-catalysts: the updated Songwe technical report, the Pulawy PFS, the SEC approval, the CrownProptech shareholder vote, the valuation listing, the PIPE financing and the listing on the Nasdaq.

That's quite the parallel you've drawn there Bonker! Which if I'm reading it right, has us somewhere between £1 and £2+ by July? (Can't see the top of the parallel range on the chart at that point).

In answer to your question I would point you towards the 1 month chart, the 3 month chart, the 6 month chart and the 12 month chart. I think it's safe to look at all of them and put this 4% drop in perspective. I topped up in the low 630's, hope others got the chance to as well.

Opportunity for them to make a little extra margin by selling the shares they got yesterday a little higher. As many keep saying, the story here is the neodymium price at 3 year highs and possibly on its way back up to ATH's. That is what should be driving the SP, not US price floors, which we don't need, and which are set way below the current neodymium price.

Well they've just raised the bid from 53p to 55p in short order, so someone has clearly turned up on the bid. Well done MM's, more of this please!

Sorry speedy, crossed posts, but exactly my thinking too. March is going to be a big problem for the paper game and they are in full on panic mode, throwing everything they can at gold and silver.

Element, have you seen the data on the March silver futures contracts on Comex? There's a good chance that if over 20% of them stand for delivery, which has been happening more and more, the Comex silver inventory won't be enough to cover. Should be an interesting few months...

I would love for it to be back to 62p, where we were before the carnage. But used it as an opportunity for a top up, so can't complain too much. We got as low as 51p yesterday.
