Chid, far from acting as Samaritans the High Court Enforcement Office, do what it says on the tin - speaking from experience. Have you ever employed their services? If the landlord subscribes to the rule of law and the law finds in favour for the landlord then the "p-takers" can try what they want but they don't and won't win.
I believe it's called The Great Demographic Reversal, the authors of the book wrote about in 2020. To attribute a raise in base rates to those choosing to retire early is imv a failure to accept responsibility for the inaction of his own institution and that of others with the power to act...too little too late. Is he saying that all of these "experts" are incapable of reading the story, or what?

and Love_You too
What about the one who signs up, posts for a couple of years, then has a few gap years and posts under a different ID - yet all in the same vein - and then reverts back to their original ID? Chuckle.
You “Each parent has 350 k allowance plus 150k residential element”
Me “or even get the IHT allowances correct”
You posted the wrong figures yet rather than correct your errors you imply I have a problem understanding IHT thresholds – really? Oh, and you clearly do not comprehend thread posting, so you start a new one with waffle about someone earning 13k – not even a minimum wage - so how much UC or benefits are they claiming? Cos they certainly are not contributing to anything for anybody else.

TFE, yes and there is little need of a degree in psychology to understand that some would derive greater benefit from signing up to therapy as opposed to signing up to London South East.
TFE, more to the point is when is Antony going to tell the truth/man-up about why Brexit is/has cost him? Nothing wrong with my memory based on what he disclosed on the GC brexit forums of yesteryear. So c'mon Antony tell em all why it's costing you.
