I believe that if 450 million shares had been bought on the open market then the SP would have moved north somewhat. The institutions know this, that is why they often avoid buying on the open market in with AIM shares in particular.

Agree ……with the research note and the Company NAV at many multiples of the current SP we could see a move up next week. looks like Harry had agreed the level of the share issue prior to to the recent rise. Hindsight is a wonderful thing. But it appears that the latest issue is in sticky hands.

Happy to hear that. That’s would be beneficial as I was led to believe that companies where responsible for their employees/directors actions whilst undertaking company duties , that is why the company has legal consul to support the directors.

The is a question whether Sound as an entity would get embroiled in any legal action brought by any shareholder group. This is a constant issue I had with the Trellis approach. The last thing we ant is a legal case brought against Sound. Don’t forget JP, JJ and BM where all directors of sound when they allegedly committed this fraud. I think you will find Sound in the Dock. We are already involved in a court case in Morocco, one is enough thank you.

If neither side want the deal. That infers that one side has an over inflated view of their assets. I wonder who that is……?

Seems to be settling around the 2.2p and Angus at 1.4p. This was the sp mentioned on the deal RNS.
the deal could now be move to formal offer.

If the deal does get done we are anchored at this SP, it will be put to a vote which will pass IMHO.

I- man all good points…….but the Angus deal is basically saying that are assets value is very similar to the uk small cap Angus. The deal is very similar to petromaroc deal when we acquired Sidi Moktar. We paid for a fixed Number of shares…….we where tied in the….. Sou SP went up and millions of shares where sold for months after….killing any further rise and causing drops.

The SP is not being helped with the Angus deal potential. If it goes through then the dilution for sound will be enormous.
